If people are going to be in and around the area for Anime Boston (gosh i love costumes. too bad i hate most of the people) that might be a good opportunity to do a side-get together as well. I will likely be around for AB as some of my good friends work artist ally, and In general i like having an excuse to dress up. Costumed affair is so glamorous :O In general i just like meeting people tho. I look at it as a good starting point for building new bridges~ As mentioned before I would love to host an event some time myself but I'm likely the most out-of-the-way person for that. Which is a shame. But if anyone else is thinking of, please please o_o.. I actually find i love driving across the region. it's like a mini adventure! And I'll bring food! nothing healthy i promise :o in other news: I hate myself for learning on pads. trying to adjust to a stick is making my mind break. My thumbs keep wanting to do all the work and i cannot for the life of me jump to 7 or 9 ...

I have the "just got a stick and good lord i can't even pull of simple stuff" blues at the moment so everything sounds daunting. Relearning months and months of muscular memory is going to be abhorrent. Also I've noticed there has not been allot of action 'round here of late. D: Are we getting to a point where there's not much new or interesting going on?

I support this whole heartedly, as I live in what some might refer to as "North East Bumblefuck." Point being here that I have to drive 2+ hours to meet up with people. We have no serious scene here at all and I really want to try and get back into my first love, now that I am actually approaching it with a real understanding of the fighter genre.

The only thing i don't like about this combo is that you lose N - O - C positioning... So i suppose the next thing is looking for options to try to pin them down afterwards. Corners help clearly, but mid screen?

Guilty Gear is both intriguing and scary. Like Quantum Physics... I'm interested but I just don't feel I have the knack for it. Also despite online play being a flawed resource, it is my only way of gaining match up experience without traveling extreme distances (which I am glad to do but obviously can't do on a daily basis.) P.S. Anyone who wants to find me on face book let me know. I like networking. Makes me feel like i know people.

the real trick is gauging the hight properly. It's gotta be -very- low =S i still havent gotten it down yet. It also seems like it might be a little character specific. I've noticed that bang's hitbox always touches the ground before i think he's going to. drives me nuts.

I'm play almost nightly so it should be very easy to find me. also i'm horibble at carl mirrors so this should help allot.
