  1. Wow, what the hell. That I can remember, CT Noel only had 2 moves jump cancellable on block (5A and 5C). Now she has like none?? I'm kinda pissed about that.... Actually about to go to a friend's house in a few to play CS, so I'll see this soon I guess.... But no jump cancel on block is pretty lame.
  2. So I'm pretty bored and I currently play one fighting game (and hate all others including SF4) and thinking about picking up CS soon.... I played CT for a short while during the month of release.... so anyway... I was looking at the first post.. and I'm a little unsure if this statement means "hit" as in "landing a hit" or as in "hit the opponent, either blocking or hitstun". vvvvvv 5C Her best normal hands down. Can be linked into 3C or 5D if hit by counter. Decent range. Solid poke tool. Jump cancelable on hit. I guess I could check whenever I get the game, but I'm just curious....
  3. I have a few problems playing the defensive with Litchi. I'm ok with offense , but defense isn't my friend in this game. Like I feel the only good way of getting out of things is tsubame (and the instructional vid didn't hlp because they advised using tsubame) which really isn't good to use for every time you want to turn defense into offense. Like my biggest problem so far is with Ragna, I just can't seem to jump out of corners and I can't fighd the best time to utilize barrier block as I sometimes push him away but he still keeps the offense going. In short, I'm asking for Any suggestions on what I should be doing against Ragna while in block stun. What moves are best to jump out of while in the corner, what moves are safe to backdash, etc. obviously you don't have to tell me how to punish scissors or divider, but I just need to get a better idea of what to do with other less laggy / cancellable attacks while in blockstun.
  4. Ah sorry ^^^ But oh well, if she's really that hard to use it'll just be that much more rewarding to get good with her.
  5. I also would like to know the same thing. Like how much more / less work does it take (compared to other characters in the game) for most people to get the hang of consistantly executing set-ups, combos, and whatever else Litchi needs to become effective?
  6. Thanks for the link, very helpful. Also thanks for the warning Phaethon. I usually keep only one or two characters in fighting games anyway. I guess this will just be in hopes that I get good with May then.
  7. I just started playing guilty gear 2 days ago on my friends ps2 and instantly liked the fighting style. Ordered it online that same night. I have been looking up on strategies for May and was wondering what all the numbers are such as "4123641236HS" for. Sorry if this is a really basic question.
