  1. For the OP Hotaru is 2 stars, not 3. Probably just a typo. Also Hakumen can just 2D x3 against Kokushi Musou, he doesn't need to Yukikaze.

  3. Random fafnir is oki? lol 2HS RC Fafnir is somewhat legit since it's one of the only ways to score big damage off of a 2HS without CH. You should have just assumed he meant dj.HS dj.D, it's clearly intended to be a dustloop. He listed the damage in his post. Spending any meter or level (barring for knockdown) after hitting with fafnir is a complete and total waste imo. You're already likely to break 200 damage. Using that level 3 and 50% to convert a simple 5/2K into big damage or hitconfirming that sudden 2D with a 1 frame super into 200+ is far more useful.
  4. 2HS is a throw invincible overhead. You can't combo off of it without timing it extremely meaty so it links in to 5K, or RCing it. It's also specified at the beginning of the post that it's OKI. Also why in the world would anyone waste level 3 and 50% on SF AFTER hitting with Fafnir? :8/:

  6. Yeah he's the Dizzy player. Was using either Kazuki color or pink. I wish I could have shown up but I'm broke Dizzy's mad easy to combo, should've just down a normal combo lol

  9. You need to let 236C fully recover every time you do it. After 236B, input 236A right when Litchi's feet touch the ground.
  10. That's called Mist Finer. The mist that makes it unblockable is called Bacchus Sigh... I'm not really trying to be an ass. You essentially agreed with me complaining about Johnny's resource-intensiveness, which I pointed out was the problem (this is seperate from damage output). Raising Johnny's damage output would require you to either rework his character or just flat out buff his damage, which I predict would give him some pretty unfair high damage combos when he has meter and level. His damage output is fine it's the fact that he has to sacrifice a combo to coin the opponent and needs meter and level for good mixup which in turn leads to his damage.
  11. Thanks for basically crumbling your own argument and agreeing with me. LOL Also you are completely wrong about Order-Sol without charge. You can only score decent damage on half the cast without them eating Gunblaze or getting counter hit by specific moves.
  12. Johnny does great damage, what the fuck are you talking about? Raising his damage output is not going to make him a better character because that's not his problem. Like seriously I'm sorry but have you ever watched a Johnny? If Johnny has the correct resources (the fact that he needs resources so badly is one of his problems...not his damage) and pressured you AT ALL (you blocked a HS button) and then got hit, you're eating a big chunk of your life. Johnny doesn't get shit all without at least 25% and level 2. His mixup is pretty sorry (his 5D is horrible, TK ensenga needs 50% to be safe and net you big damage) without meter and his pressure is significantly weaker without coins (mist cancel is not strong at level 1). The damage he gets when he finally has his resources and hits you is far and away from being a problem at all, it's the fact that he has to rely so heavily on meter and coins, both of which are limited.

I'll more than likely have the canadian MB players at my house, but I believe they actually want to go to the convention too so I'll be able to leave for casuals since I'm only going on Saturday.
  20. I can't really imagine why ItsuuA losing staff on block is all that important. Staffless Litchi is good too, and Itsuu is already really bad on block.
