Keep practicing. Go in to training mode and have Jin do the ice car, land uppercut. Practice hitting him before he can uppercut. It's not hard to IB the slash of the ice car, there's no way for Jin to stop it other than RCing. There's no magical way for him to not get punished without meter. And if it's the controller, get new ones.

Litchi and Ragna will more than likely be her worst. Especially Litchi. Not only does she not give Tsubaki a chance to get going but she can't even get in on her easily. I don't think any others will fall below 6-4 though, so it's not terribly important if you can back yourself up with skill. Litchi's going to be really hard though.

If you land behind them and back dash I'm pretty sure you're still able to do 5K 5S 5HS sj combo. Just learn to be ready in case that happens, although it shouldn't be frequent at all. I don't think Slayer is heavy. He's just got a fat ass hit box. Practice on Robo-Ky for heavies. Also weight classes aside, practice your combos on Johnny and May, because they're annoying to combo. Really annoying.
