Exactly. We bait DP's, she bait's vivace. Both of which are still good if they work though. So stalemate in that discussion. Litchi has huge range. Range that makes it hard for Carl and Nirvana to get in. I think that is main reason why this matchup is in Litchi's favor. Other than that both of them have pressure that you have to respect, plus the both hit like tanks.

Carl has vivace to get out of corner pressure if done at the right time.

Both have good ideas/valid points. I think its a good once in a while trick to do. Carl leaves a lot of room for creativity. I think this something to use on someone once. More than once if they don't know their options.

I agree with Feri. We're talking corner setups maaaaybe.

If you would just play Carl you'd know that he is not the worst character you could fight. Valk does hit like a tank though. Although I don't wanna jump the gun too much considering how Valk's potential has yet to be reached.

I doubt it considering how 8D's hitstun proration may not have changed so it still might be ideal to use as many of Nirvana's moves as possible. There's no way. Carl's ground strings will probably fail after 2 reps I'm sure of it.

Like Zong said we don't know completely considering how the game isn't out yet... What we do know is that his high damage CS juggles are gone. But learn them anyways because we don't know when we will get the console patch.

Well no, that would be a purple throw like any other command grab. I think what Zong meant was that if the opponent wasn't in any sort of blockstun at all, then the throw should be untechable.

Maaaaaaaaaaan I'm gonna love anima!!!! Yep, I'm liking what I'm seeing. Besides 8D of course. 3D is pretty hilarious as well. Also Nirvana still recovers at a very acceptable rate. =)
