I'd like to ask if anyone still has concept sketches of Ky's sword Aquila (or at least a decent closeup of it). A cosplay friend of mine was asking.

Night of Knives Volume 3: In Popla Roadside the Abandoned Dogs Rest Zato is resting out in the cold. "How rude…when I'm fighting enemies…you watch from the sidelines…" "I don't need to help someone who's strong you know…" Slayer replies. "Elder…you don't need to be noticed to watch me…so what do you wish to say?" "I see…you make me smile…" "It's nothing to laugh at is it?" "You mean Millia-kun…?" "My hindrance…it seems she knew to escape…but that's not a virtue I'm grateful for at the moment…I feel confounded and chagrinned." "The nail in the coffin would be your attachment you know…every man's problem, is it not?" "Thanks…but that doesn't seem to be what I was thinking of…" "So you have more on your mind?" "'The way to grant a wish…'…no, even a blind person should be able to see this…I can't give up." "That choice will reveal itself for you eventually…" "Elder…thanks for helping me see…'Slayer' is truly a dignified path…I'm an assassin…even if I disappear…whatever path it is…it'll be a path of sorrow." Somehow lamenting a Kinjuu's growth seems more interesting…Zepp's lengthy chronicles appear to grow out here as well…" "Ehm…why don't we stop there…YOU…being of the old world!" (The commander seems unsure of how to handle the situation with a Vampire in the mix…) "Ancient world is more accurate…not that anyone cares…" (lol) Zato intervenes, "Well, Colonel…try and stop this power if you wish…in fact, this Kinjuu has no intention of fleeing. " "Hmph…hah…really…for this long war and with my rank at stake regardless, you'll regret that choice. As for myself, you're going to end up as a new medal on my chest. All of you are SS+ ranked foes if I'm correct." "With the power to defeat gears…the darkness of the world will drain away is what you mean…" "Indeed…so how about we get started…the truth of the world's confusion can be left here…unlike a battle with Gears however, internal strife among humans killing one another has no meaning…it's inevitable…" Slayer marvels, "How bold…though this war's 'world of carnage' kills everyone's dreams…it's good you've realized it. Well…I think it's about time…I think I'll leave things to Zato-kun, here…" Zato turns to the colonel, "Might I ask something first…? I want to know if the remnants are seeking power…?" "What are you talking about…? You…" "Colonel…is your 'light' under someone else's orders?" "Quite eager to know are you…my 'light' you say?" "Yes. The kind that burns like sunlight. Something that scatters the shadows…to tear and fell it all. So that this world no longer needs Assassins…I ask you if this light will last for eternity." "Yooouuuuu…." "I'll take that as your reply, colonel…a world of darkness…to say nothing of the power of Kinjuu… weak beings as you, have no reason to protect it!!" "True justice has fled to lesser power…it's your country's mistake! COME FORTH SHADOW!!" In a moment a chaotic shadow appears beside Zato-1 with a guttural growl. "W-what is that!?!?—A-a Shadow!? Just morphed in out of nowhere!!? I'm scared!!!" A soldier shouts in fear. "Uhhhh…F—Fire…FIRE AT IT!!!" The colonel barks after losing his composure. "It's no good! We're not gonna…kill a monster like that…Mommy…MOMMY!!" "Now…please step aside." "Like we'd let you do such a thing!! We'll kill you and return to our country!! Fire until you're out of ammo!! Stop him even if you lose an arm and can't move!! What are you doing!? He'll get away!!" Slayer comments, "Bullets aren't appropriate for the likes of Zato-kun's power. I doubt an army would serve the purpose either. You should just give up, unless you want a duel between blind people…" (lol, again) "Not yet!! God Series!! Show them your true strength!! Charge!!" The God Series begins to move…apparently soldiers injected with the 'serum'. "Hmm?" "That transformation…." Several soldiers begin to writhe in pain and collapse, shouting that the power is too great for their bodies to handle. After a moment, one of them fully transforms into a humungous gear-like beast. "Such a change…they must have been altered to transform…I see…they managed to obtain the power of the Kinjuu. Why in the world would such fools…they might as well be making gears!!" "Hehahaha…Feed on them, eat, Gears!! This model will be the end of the Assassins!! There is no longer anything you can do, Zato!!" "Understood! The time for legends is over! Look upon me…the REAL SHADOW!! THE HEART OF DARKNESS!!" To Be Continued…

Sol is more than capable of doing that. Lava was evidenced after his second fight with Justice when he finally obtained the Fireseal and had a rematch with her (see GGXX). It was because of this power she was weakened enough to be sealed away by the Sacred Order (on Ky's command). *Note that in the alternate timeline, if Ky had died, Sol would've killed Justice outright in this fight which triggered a continuation (10 additonal years) of fighting during the Crusades, which resulted in Dizzy's hatred towards him.

Night of Knives Volume 3: Child Room of Meditation: Glass shatters, and Zato scrambles to his feet, stunned that Millia would go so far as to stab him. He turns thoughts aside to call out the hidden visitor otherwise he would catch them himself, he will not run or hide. The hidden visitor, it appears, is the head commander of the facility. "Those are my lines, Leader of the Assassin's syndicate, Zato-1." Zato says it doesn't matter who said it first or for what reason, that his role is to be an assassin, and as such he would allow his target to consider the situation and run if he wished. Running is apparently out of the question with this man. Zato replies by saying that night has apparently fallen for both of them (a figure of speech). The commander says he did consider it for a moment, as expected of the power generated by a Forbidden Beast (Kinjuu), and instead he orders his men to capture Zato for the purpose of keeping him as a specimen (body living or dead), and orders his men to fire. "I see…DRUNKARD SHADE!!" Zato draws the bullets into his shadow, saying there's no true reason for him to be here (he was tricked), and that this man (or the children) are not his true target. The head commander orders his men to cease fire. (Note: I believe what happened was the syndicate gave him orders in order for him to slip up, and Millia wouldn't abide by them, so in turn she betrayed him, thus he learned instantly it was a trap). "I really messed up this time…Millia must've escaped by now…heh…that woman saw through all of it. I probably said too many things to regret them now…their target was the kinjuu…if I can save this situation, I might end up being called the dog." "It might be childish, its fine to have a wish too…?" Gold and Silver: "Don't go back there, Venom…" "Before that…there's something I need to know…" "What's that I wonder…?" "Zato-sama…is no longer with you?" "He's dead." "In that case…why are you still alive?!" "I…want to go home." "For such a childish thing…?" "Yes…" "For that reason…to leave the Soshiki…to betray Zato-sama!!!" "YES!!" "I'm going back!!---GEH!?" He looks back to see she has wrapped her hair around him to keep him from leaving. "Venom…" "Even if I weren't an assassin, I'd do everything to kill you now…even told I am incapable. Question: Is it possible to play PSP Adhoc with a PS3??

Again, like I said, it's homebrew, so I dunno if they'll ever make a DS version. Sorry but you may be out of luck.

So apparently somebody's working on a PSP Homebrew equivalent of Infinitycat. It's essentially a Mugen clone, but you have to convert file formats to fit it. Something to consider, playing Mugen on the go.

Yes, I know....it's a running gag. But he DOES say that. Also the whole "Encirclement of the Ball" [kyo meguraseta boru] thing, he basically is doing a combination of his throw and compressing his opponent into a tiny cueball.

Surprising as it is to say but, even if you get hit by Imperial Ray (the full force of it), you get Tension, same goes for Guarding it to some extent, unless you FD all day. One Dead Angle and it's over. You get chip damage and a cranked guard in exchange, but that's it. If it means blocking all day or taking some damage and winning, I'd pick the latter.

Once again, forgive my rough-as-hell translations, I know I'm off on a lot, and some of Venom's speech is as high-fallutting as Slayers', but here's the first sub-chapter. Knight of Knives Part 3: World of Murder, Hound's Afternoon: Gottfried is surprised that Venom is interfering with his pursuit of Zato, but is even more surprised at the new power that has suddenly taken hold of him. Apparently one of his superiors injected some kind of serum into his body, making him burn up with intense power. He begins to thrash about and do unsightly things in the reaction. Venom knew all along that a kind of spore was affecting Gottfried's power. Gottfried draws his sword in hatred. Venom takes pity on Gottfried's pain, confident his power would be enough to handle the situation, saying even his balls would not be necessary. Gottfried asks if he believes in luck, and calls him a fool. Venom says it's an amount of faith and trust, and says that even now, Gottfried is not alone. He may not be able to accept it, but the power Gottfried now possesses is very similar to that of Venom's master Zato's. Even now, it's begun to take root in Gottfried's body. At this, Gottfried despises him, saying he will never be the same as that man, saying he was a noble soldier. Venom's faith in his master's strength is as a shining light that lasts eternally (in Venom's mind that is), even despite who Zato is (regarding his forbidden beast). Even so, probably Gottfried has begun to deteriorate due to weakness. Gottfried cries out in pain, saying he no longer has control over the left side of his body. Venom says that soon the being inside Gottfried's body will take control over his mind. The violent stress will be beyond anything he currently can bear. Anything Gottfried would hope to do at this point is beyond saving and futile. Gottfried fears these words ring true… Venom says to stand aside, saying he must do what he can to help his Master, even though there is no saving Gottfried, even if the power is similar. Gottfried refuses to hear it, saying he can do it. Even if everything was true, even if what he was becoming wasn't human, even to the last, Gottfried would fulfill his duty. Venom turned back, apologizing, he realized they both have similar duties, and it would be a dishonor for him to not recognize the same dedication to authority by not fighting. "In other words, I will crush you!" Gottfried replies. The two return to clashing, their souls beginning to burn. "STINGER AIM!!!" Venom thinks he got him, but Gottfried says its his win. Venom spews blood as the blade slices him cleanly. Even if his body is no longer his, Gottfried will fight to the last, seeing to it that his target is defeated, even his body is dedicated to this. He no longer cares what happens to him, just so that Venom would die. Venom replies that even that logic is not perfect. That Gottfried is now under the Encirclement of the Ball. Gottfried says he has almost reached his limit, but it wasn't useless, as even his actions have delayed Venom from his goal. Venom is aware of this, but asks him if by fighting, he has any reason beyond that. Gottfried begins to lose himself, no longer able to move, transforming into nothing more than a cue of his former self. "Farewell. DEIMMU BORGIR!!! [Dark Fortress]" Venom says Gottfried's body will no longer function, and he will no longer feel anything ever again. "Venom…" "!!!" "I'm asking you, please, don't just live as a servant. Because for the likes of us…tomorrow never comes. You…already knew that…I'm not yet ready to…" "Gottfried…fine…henceforth, this Venom will look forward!" Footsteps are heard. "How very kind…" "Mi…Millia..!?" To Be Continued…

Adding a mention but apparently there's a Gallery unlockable specifically in Network mode of the PSP version. Can someone get pics of this stuff?

I thought I'd mention...there's a Network Gallery Mode now. I dunno how to connect to it...so if anyone wants to help explain, that'd be nice.

I prefer historical drama fics myself. Like a certain event triggers blah blah blah in the Crusades and blah blah blah have to investigate the phenomenon etc etc freakish battle ensues. Of course, nobody likes writing good battle stories, anyone I know anyway.

Major question though...is v13 hard to use? I've seen lots of multi-directional stuff above and below.
