It's just a guess, but maybe he wanted "others" to know that he was trying to give "That Man" a message, something like a diversionary tactic. You know how during a war if you want to ship something somewhere you either encrypt it in code or send out decoys so that if the enemy gets ahold of one of the decoys it's not the real thing... or in this case the real message? It might be something like that... Axl probably barely remembers the message he was given, knowing him... he seemed a bit hesitant to tell even I-No (in fact we don't even know what he has to say AS a message so it's uncertain what it would be). Then again, it could be a message with a double meaning... it might be that the reason he didn't contact them directly was because something came up and he was unable to, or the circumstances were such that it would've been more ideal to put Axl Low in a situation as the messenger (as perhaps Axl is more trustworthy or might have a separate use besides delivering the message?), this "Original Man" might be trying to circumvent someone or make things so blatant that they think he's making a move when he has other plans... Urgh... yeah this is complicated to think about... so I think I'll just wait... heh.

GG Judgment doesn't say much except that Raymond was a scientist who was disappointed in "That Man" and Justice so he took matters in his own hands. Other than that, he claimed he knew a lot about all the characters involved, specifically that I-No was talented with magic at an early age. I don't know why people keep bashing AC+, but it's Gaiden like the rest except GG and GG2. Still, I'm not sure 2187 is "the" year I-No refers to. It certainly might refer to the same timeline she is controlling, yes, but there was a point in the future where 'Future Axl' talks to 'Past Axl' in order to cheer himself up (he does this twice, first as a morale boost, later as a means to get out of that era, but after that he got stuck in 2187), so it goes as far back as 2172 and 2181 as far as Axl's time jumps go.

(I totally forgot Venom calls Sol 'Flame of Corruption' that, but Venom's an assassin so it's expected of him to be informed, I need to refresh my memory on stuff I guess, it's been a while...). Based on what she says in Axl's ending with her, I-No thinks of "That Man" as a kind of 'savior' out of her grey world. Axl was worried because he's considered the 'Criminal that started the Crusades'... Then she mentions something about an Integrated Point, which is where she sends Axl, instead of sending him to Cotswolds, England May 14th, 1998 (lol the date the first Guilty Gear was published, please). Not sure what this Integrated Point is (or what year specifically), but it seems to be something she set up as a means to jump around time and fix things much faster as needed.

I admit, I was surprised to learn that Bedman had nothing to do with the Senato, but that was based on information I was told by a source that had more information (supposedly) on Bedman than me at the time. Even more so I am surprised that I-No would have anything at all to do with Axl Low, since it seems more like he'd get in the way of her plans if anything. And it flies in the face of Bedman's objectives, which seems to be only something I-No would know about (and only I-No so far at that). I-No is the only character in Guilty Gear that has stated that she is "still human" despite all her powers. Bedman intends to surprise Sol by introducing his client who is "still human". Again, this is a conflicting mystery I'm biting my lip to know the answer to! Bedman is a lot like Arakune in that he speaks in riddles. Already I think he knows about Raven, Slayer, and even a few other individuals... so it's hard to say what his objective truly is or where he came from. He even addresses Sol as "Flame of Corruption"... so far only Raven, I-No, and Justice have ever called Sol that!!!

Ramlethal in a Maid oufit. Works for me. :P Well, he's a bit of a rolling stone. Even when he was with Aria he didn't exactly get along with her even if he had a brief thing with her. People keep spreading this rumor and we don't know for sure if Aria is Justice or not. Please stop spreading misinfo. "That Man" says they both killed her. If that is true then something else may have happened that we are unaware of. Justice seems to recall the original Gear Project, but she says nothing to the effect that she remember's Sol's name. Only Valentine did. Not only that but there's a 57 year gap from when Frederick escaped the lab from the first Gear Project (2016) and when Justice was "created" (2073 or so). So we really don't know anything of what happened.

I've been dying to ask but: What does Sacred Edge do (how many hits/damage does it do) when thrown in a Grinder? Oh yeah, and do Grinders disappear after you use them right away? (Can you use them more than once if you're fast?) Also want to know more about Ky's new normals.
-
Whenever I'm given the choice I prefer the option of both. Because: 1. English voice talent is better than people give them credit. 2. Sometimes I like to know what people are saying without having to look it up in a dictionary all the time.

I'm sorry you feel that way lol 1. I'm not going to pass judgment until we see a full render of her outfit. 2. It's white not pink. 3. We don't even know her full name yet. It's just a nickname "El" that Sin gave her. -
Based on what was said there isn't much except: 1. Sin wants to protect El from Sol for certain reasons (probably because he thinks she's not a legit Valentine, but she could be tricking him for all we know). At this point it's also possible that the girl in the maid outfit just LOOKS like Ramlethal and is just a copy or servant for all we know. 2. Ky has her in his custody and is trying to hold back Sol from burning the ship to the ground (I think it's an airship). 3. Bedman is going after Faust (it might be for Senato it might be for someone else, who knows at this point) 4. Pirates and Assassins oh my! (Who knows... again? Famitsu never tells it straight anyway).
-
Also El is wearing a "white" outfit... it just looks Pink in that one shot. Just to clarify. Edit: Ninja'd.
-
I'm talking about the girl Sin is talking to, not the girl in white who is standing behind him. She has dark skin and is wearing a green bow. And if you think El is somehow "not related" to Ramlethal because of skin color.... you have a lot to learn about Guilty Gear characters, lol.
-
Images in question.
-
Also is that Ramlethal in a MAID OUTFIT!?!?....
-
I doubt it since Erica wore glasses. El does not. Not only that, but Erica is the president, she'd have much more protection around her than just Sin or Ky. Chances are El is related to Ramlethal Valentine somehow... both have a similar appearance, and remember, in GG2 Sin had an affinity towards Valentine (Valentine even said she liked Sin at one point). El reminds me of Nia Teppelin from Gurren Lagann.

How do I play like this? :D Also kinda hoping for more info on Mission Mode and what they have planned for an L.E. for PS3. -
Just something to consider: the arcade version of GGXrd had similar 'rank quotes' and someone managed to rip them all. If anyone had access to the arcade version of BBCP it might expedite the process of getting these quotes.

Arcade versions of games aren't everything. The first Guilty Gear was never in arcades, doesn't make it any less important. And if you're all that stubborn to hate on EXs guess I'll just have to play them more. -

EX characters aren't some dumping ground for revisions and older moves, or necessarily a test bed, guys. They're an "alternate vision" of what those characters would fight like. In the real world fighting is a fluid thing. People aren't "locked" in a certain fighting stance doing the same moves over and over, people mix things up, change stances, etc... It's just an expression towards that purpose. Whether you are interested or not, some people still are, so you'll have to fight them and get used to that matchup, like it or not. Why do you think games like Samurai Showdown had Slash/Bust? Why do you think Street Fighter had ISMs and CvS had "Grooves"? Everybody has their own style. If you want perfect balance, go play Pong. -
^ It's only experimental tech if you do it a few times in a match or two/training mode to test it. It's auto-piloting if you do it/get away with it consistently without thinking about doing it.

Only if all you care about is balanced competition and not variety. Besides, what "something else" can you even think of that would be better? EX characters have always been interesting since they were introduced in GGXPlus. They're definitely not the same as Unlimited Characters as they aren't completely broken, but they give the game some lasting freshness to it that makes the fun matches last longer. -

Palette Edits in GGIsuka weren't that great though for certain characters (Dizzy for one had a fixed set of them for Necro and Undine, something to do with memory compression likely). Not to mention A.B.A. had that palette glitch of hers. When it comes to GGXrd, I'm thinking if someone manages to figure out how to edit the textures, that might give us a bit of fun (hopefully it's not as difficult as Soul Calibur's Creation save files as far as Hex-edits go). BUT... I shouldn't say that, because we shouldn't be hacking GG games lol (the ARCSys Cops may be watching). -
If Platinum is a scrub character, what does that make Taokaka, Faust, and any other "random item machine" character????
-
Didn't know this, I will explore it, if I can.

If ARCSys are the nice people they usually are they'll let us do a palette vote like they did for Accent Core at some point. Personally I'm voting for dark or invert style colors: http://i.imgur.com/ejOJYmm.jpg -
In my case, I can't really say I have a "main" because I'm not confident with any one character as my go-to character. That goes for GG and BB. BB even more so because of its diversity. I haven't found a character in BB I'm especially confident in choosing. So I am always uneasy (that's the downside of knowing multiple characters I suppose, but at the same time you learn a lot when you play them so you understand them more when fighting them, not just using them). If this were Soul Calibur I'd pick Edge Master or Elysium EASILY as my main... If this were Tekken, Mokujin lol... (Yes, I get that "communication problem" thing all the time... urgh.) Holding back on me to get better lol... I'm not that evil. I'm not like Azrael, hahaha... In some cases I've picked a character matchup in my opponent's favor... he'd get salty if he lost but... but I pick who I pick when the mood strikes me.
