(1 of 3) GG brah. I'm not gonna lie I got excited when you picked litchi, I wasn't really in the mood for dessert(your ragna) and wanted a full course meal (your litchi) lol. You know how in highschool in science labs we would have litmus test to determine the properties of a substance before you start experimenting? lol yeah I like how your ragna is your online test, to determine the connection of a player before you pull out litchi. Tsubaki is mine. I hope you don't feel offended but I thought the way you used ragna was actually kinda cute. Lol, I don't know how to explain it, i just thought it was cute cause I could tell you don't really use him, hence why I say he's your litmus test character.

(2) I hadn't played in forever and just when the evening was looking grim, (I don't usually use carl too much in player rooms depending on the room/player cause I hate dominating player rooms and people still learning the game with him), I ran into you. You're a big boy and you could take it lol. I didn't have to hold anything back. Infact some players bring out the blood thirst in me, depending on how well I have to play to (beat)/(keep up with) them. If the person is giving me such a frustating time and playing the matchup in such a way that gives me trouble, my frustration builds up and I just want to "kill kill kill". My eyes light up and the only thing I can think about is seeing that person's blood. It's what pushes me to play at my best, and only comes out when I use carl. I get so frustrated with the player that at this point their death is the only way to appease me, lol, hence the blood thirst.

(3) The way you play litchi is very frustrating, and I hate fighting you because of that, lol, but at the same time you make me want to kill you so bad, lol, and that thirst is such a vital part of my gameplay, lmao, that I love playing you like you can't imagin. I couldn't get in on you and I wanted to explode, but when I did get in...and your blood started dripping...god the satisfaction lol. I promise I don't have problems, torture animals, or get abused as a kid. I just love the high I get in the cat and mouse game. Finally catching that prey that has eluded me for so long, lol, I don't think you'll understand what I mean unless you're me. Only a few people are able to do this to me, and lucky for me I just found out yesterday that you're one of them, lol. There are different degrees of it, but you, and a select few (mAc, CoT, etc) bring out the worst of it. Thank you knight, I went to bed happy yesterday, and I look forward to playing you again.

Most of us on here know we don't have a chance with you, lol, but that doesn't stop us from staring at a distance, hahaha. We can tell you're pretty high maintenance, lol, so we just admire from afar. BTW are you on xbl yet?

OMG kyle I have bad news. My mom just came in to the country 3 days ago. She wasn't suppose to come until christmas. She's here cause she wants to buy stuff to take back to Nigeria to start a business. Problem is I'm helping her with everything. Since she came back i've been doing research for her (she doesn't know how to use the internet), checking out auctions, etc and going on 10hr shopping sprees per day looking for the things she wants. She said this is what we're going to do everyday for the next month, which is how long she plans to stay. I'm currently not in school this semester so she's using me to the fullest. I made the decision to play the 3v3 without knowing this would happen. I'm so sorry. I would love to play, but at this rate I might not be around, or will be too tired to play when I'm up next. I would say Koinonea or 4corners (although i haven't seen how 4corners is in CS) could easily take my place assuming they can.

As long as nirvana is active no sword will go through. I can be standing right next to her and I won't get hit. The only thing that can hit carl when she's active is 4D, because that comes from behind. If I'm behind nirvana I won't suggest doing any 236 move at all. All I have to do is activate her, lambda hits her, and I CH you with 5C for free, or simply 5B 6B 6D vivace A and now you're sandwiched. 214D does not go by nirvana once she is active, no projectile does, unless it's makoto's 236A-D or Mu's lasers. 214D will not hit carl when he's standing next to her as well as long as she is active. Nothing lambda does goes by an active nirvana. Actually being close to nirvana is where carl wants to be in this matchup cause she protects him from swords. You've had success with jumping in with 2D O_o?? Why is he so far away from her in the first place?? He's letting you position yourself in front/untop of her without doing anything about it? lol What you've said is only possible cause your friend is being predictable, still learning how to play carl, and not knowing the matchup. Lambda doesn't want to be close to carl and nirvana. Infact she spends most of the match running away from him and using 6C on nirvana. Watch some vids and you'll see what you need to do.

You didn't seem so happy and what not, you didn't like this and that, etc. Lol, well, the next day I had a dream. Lol, you see it was about you and litchi. You were both living together in an apartment. Both of you were in a really heated discussion. You weren't happy with the changes in the loctest, shouting and yelling "Itsuu can't cancel into that WTF arcsys", and litchi was trying to tell comfort you. You told litchi "Look I don't wanna talk about this", and she was like "Knight plz don't leave me we can make it through this just hang in there". She was crying excessively. You were like "you know what? I don't wanna deal with your bullshit right now" Litchi: "Knight I'm sorry plz don't leave me"

I've always liked plat from the moment we found out her and valk would be the remaining 2 DLC. After seeing the small clip of her I was sold. So I changed my avatar to show my undying love for my next main <3. Lol, what do you think of her?

You can't compare carl to hazama. Carl, lambda, tao without loop, makoto without loop, and jin, imo, are the most balanced characters and don't need buffs or nerfs. Carl has only 3 matchups in his favor: Tager(6-4), rachel(6-4), tsubaki(6-4). Rachel and Tsubaki cause they suck, and tager cause tager has trouble getting in. Everything else is even or he's at a disadvantage. As mundus said, carl can win every match but he can also lose every match, so I don't know how you got to conclude he was OP Carl is not as good as hazama. Carl doesn't need nerfs, Hazama does cause he's a bit too good right now. Zoning is so easy for him, great defense with IB houtenjin, great meter gain, etc.

Lol, no your post caught my attention when I was reading the loketest threads, and when I saw you sig, mu as your main, i was like "didn't he used to play carl?" Thanks, but if you don't mind me asking again, could you explain this "but as is I feel like I understood Carl way less than I thought I did." I don't really understand.

Rachel loketest 1 = BBCS rachel, lol just joking. This is the problem with being top tier in BB at least. You could end up like ara, still top, lambda- just fine, or rachel. Hopefully for you guys, and bang mains, Rachel never happens again. It's just the first one so no need to worry just yet.

Finally, arcsys is giving the yayoi a buff worthy for a royalty. I can't wait till she's actually viable, hopefully. We're going to have a sudden increase in members on her. Lol, them rags/bangs/litchis will suddenly jump ship, lol just joking.

Those are from loketest 1. I don't know if they are final or not. So far so good though. At least they're headed in the right direction.

^^^the edited part usually happens if you do the midscreen 4D combo with nirvana being really close to you. Since she is so close the 4D doesn't push your opponent too far off screen, so the first one will work and the second one might push them a bit too far. If she isn't too close then the 2nd one is the way too go. This has happened to me a few times. After practicing a bit you'll kinda know when she's too close, but when in doubt always use those up top ^^

All 4D combos from midscreen require the 2nd one. If you're closer to the corner and do a 4D combo you can use the first one cause the 2nd one will push them too far. EDIT Although sometimes there are some exceptions at midscreen. Sometimes the 2nd one, every now and then, might push them a bit too far and the first one would have been the better choice. It happens everynow and then, but when in doubt Midscreen 4D combo - 2nd Corner 4D combo - 1st

LMAO, yeah Dio is 100% reset minded. He only goes for resets. He never does 2D loops, or volante/4D combos, and when he does air combos he ends them in allegretto for some reason. The only time he goes for optimal damage is during ground loops. There are times when, as a zong said, he could have gotten like 4.5K meterless had he done a 2D/volante/4D, but instead he opts for some measly 2.5 - 3k combo in the air o_O. I don't know if feels he doesn't need carl's air combos or what, but at times im like "you just hit confirmed with CH brio/2D, that's like an easy 4.5k-5.5k meterless what are you doing Dio". When he's in the corner he abuses the 5C 8D reset too much. People already know not to tech in the air and get hit by 8D anymore. I prefer style of the other carl player (the pink-carl who made that high-fired combo vid, kyaku, esuke (spelling?), carls from a-cho)----Reset minded, but they do the optimal combos when given the chance. He's very good, but I prefer the other carls, as their style is more similar to mine. There are many times when he would have won had he done the more damaging combos. 5.9k meterless o_O form FC j.B?????? I'll try those myself but i'm not sure how it will turn out. My execution is so sloppy right now and I haven't played in a while. I def look forward to seeing on video if you get the chance to record it. To make the 5C j.B 214C 8D always work, what I do is 5C (7)j.B]D[ j.214C. This way 7D(8D) comes out after j.B and your opponent will get hit with the shockwave from the clap after allegretto. With this method they will always slowly fall after 8D, rather than fast fall. Hope that helps. For me it depends on the distance. I use 5C (7)j.B]D[ j.allegretto when nirvana is close, like after a counter hit brio. But in most 4D incorporated combos, assuming you aren't in the corner, you have to do 5C sjc j.B dj.2C 8D allegretto cause if you don't 2D will whiff when you IAD in for the 2D loop. I was having trouble with the 5C sjc....at first and wanted to cheat my way by just simply doing the first one in 4D loops, but I realized that 2D would always whiff after the IAD j.2C j.C part, so I had no choice but to learn the 5C sjc... one. The only way you can get away with this is if you're close to the corner and you want to do a 4D combo. You can use the first option cause nirvana will be closer, but at like midscreen you have to use the second one. At least we don't have to do the 44 j.2C j.C dj.2C 8D allegretto version all the time. Jesus that one frustrates me.
