  2. what is that LK icon even supposed to represent what the fuck
  3. What about for BlazBlue.
  4. You were a 360 player first though. :P You need to just play more and get used to it again.
  5. I think I need to play you again to get out of this. The matches I like most are when there are tons of mind games going on, or when I have lots of stuff to test out. I look at my matches like experiments. If I win or lose, it doesn't mean I am bad, just that I have something new to test and whatever thing I was testing didn't work out and needs to be tuned until it will inevitably work. I am basically Relius. So I can have fun with anyone pretty much as long as they are not unpleasant as a person, since I can test different things with different people. Owner? I have never heard of this guy. At least now Toan can finally show me how amazing he has become.
  6. So, for some reason when people complain about losing online, I find it hilarious, but when my friends do it IRL it's annoying. why.jpg Well, I guess it's still hilarious for the most part. But still. It's like instead of getting better they just amp up the amount of complaining to bridge the skill gap.
  7. I feel like there was a clear cut answer, but I forget.
  8. I'm going to need some more time to untangle my mind.
  9. Nu and Ragna fuse to become Black Beast and end the world, Taka says "no way" and resets time so the world doesn't get blown up. Actually wait. If they reset time and undo it, then no time loop should have any effect on any other loop since everything gets wiped out the moment Taka decides it isn't good anymore. But I always thought it was a loop because events just ended up going in a circle. Black Beast shows up ~> Jin becomes Hakumen ~> heroes wipe it out ~> Ragna fuses with Nu ~> goes into Cauldron and back in time ~> return to start So every loop leads to the next loop. But if Taka resets things it's not really a loop so much as turning a game off and starting from the first level again. Nothing that happened before would matter or exist. Now I am confused.
  10. Wait what. I thought the PS2/3 was always the console to go for if you wanted JP stuff.
  11. 8 man lobbies i would have committed suicide by the 3rd person
  12. I miss the CT BK combos. j.D xN What's that second post say?
  13. And everybody said we were crazy.
  14. I'm not sure if you can jump cancel cancel into Yukikaze, but I see the rest of your point.
  15. What if he doesn't tech, or rolls. Or techs late.
  16. How does it work? Do a stein blast + throw at the same time?
  17. Well, if you mean you can't truly reach the very top of the game without traveling to tournaments and stuff, I'd agree. But otherwise you can get pretty good anyway.
  18. > in fighters because we don't have the resources for it. I do. I'm just too lazy. :P Or rather, I don't see the point. I am fine with being a netplay warlord. I mean, it's just a game in the end.
  19. yeah but even back then i just picked up tager and just winged it based on what tagers did to me kind of like all of my other subs :33333
  20. Yeah Bang is way harder to play. I can just pick up Tager and do combos with him on the fly. Bang, I can't do shit.
  21. i played one game and got bored lost the urge again :P
  22. It's not really gambling so much as there not being any one answer 100% of the time. Otherwise there wouldn't really be a game. Everything comes down to probability. There is no such thing as a safe option, just what is most likely to be safe in a given situation. You want to identify and commit to those options, but sometimes you might want to go out on a limb and take a bigger risk if you have a feeling it will work. The best players can juggle all of those situations and pick the right one at the right time in the heat of a match, while pressuring the opponent to pick wrong. So ultimately it comes down to judgement, which is why you see the same players placing high consistently. And of course, developing the skills to make sure you can execute that judgement.
  23. You could say this about literally any competitive field though. There's always going to be someone who has a gift that other people don't.
