I use 214B because I want the Bubble to go away as quickly as possible so that I can reuse it in the next hit-confirm. 214B seems to be out of the Counter's range as seen here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEhVvmsm4qs&feature=channel_video_title#t=7m42s It barely misses 6D and Yukikaze.

The other thing that might have happened is that you let go off the Barrier for a frame or two. If you let go off the Barrier during a super then you'll most likely get CH'd. That shit used to happen to me all the time in CS against Makoto's BBS lol.

Can't really blame them, Platinum is still B-tier and she still suffers from having some slow ass normals. The Haku and Litchi match-ups are a pain in the ass for her. Haku has answers to most of Platinum's stuff and Litchi can lock her down and take her out pretty quickly since Plat doesn't have reversals and has poor health.

You won't even notice it once it gets shrunk to DL standards lol

I just learned a whole bunch of combos and techniques watching Yamatei in Iora's link. Most importantly the fact that you can do a shortened hammer loop with the super hammer, something like j.C > j.D > 5C > j.C > j.D. Just one more week...

Make sure to post your combos in the combo thread, I'm gonna update it sometime this week before we start with the video tutorial stuff.

That's our goal here, to find the absolute best combos in terms of damage, Heat gain, corner carriage, and oki in every situation and each section of the screen. We can spearhead this project in two ways: 1. We develop combos for each move, one at a time, and post our best combos here. 2. We develop combos for each move all at once and post our best combos here. It really shouldn't take us more than a month. Hell I bet that most people will be able to come up with some amazing combos for every move, in every situation, in each section of the screen within a day or two.

You've saved my life, you don't know how long I've gone without taunting. There were times when I was dying for a chance to taunt. Looks like I'll be going back to my good old Ice Arrow > RC > taunt > Distortion Finish ways. As for the thumbs hurting... It only hurts the first few times <3 No, really, I've played on the pad to the point where my skin would get scraped off little by little. That which resulted in some super sturdy thumbs by now. I have KoF '99 to thank for that. Regarding the broken pads... I think Skye is exaggerating a little here. It usually takes a few years for my pads to break but that's also by playing action games like DMC3/4 and Bayonetta. Those games give the pad as much of a punishment as any fighting game would (specially the latter). I play games a lot and I mean a LOT, so it's a given that the pads would eventually wear out after a few years.

Yeah, there were a lot of times where you had the chance to use Sekkajin but opted for the ABC > 214B/C combo instead. Other than that, you played pretty well. Were you trolling against that Bang though? It seemed like it lol. That RonaldMcJin guy was hella trolling against Scottie Yosh. Taunt > get 720'd > get up > Taunt again > 720 barely misses. From there, just "0 fuck DPs". Tell that guy to use the actual Ronald McDonald colors next time (red and yellow). I'll cheer for him if he does lol.

Like GGJ, I'd prefer to go for resets during the second rep of the j.2C mid-screen loop. j.2C has laughable hit-stun so you can easily go for a green throw and other mix-up. If not then you can always finish the combo.

I'll just copy-pasta the actual combos instead I'll need Shin's and Yuushiro's help though. Leave the usage of normals and the strats to me. I'll just let you guys deal with copy-pasting the combos after we complete the combo thread here. Edit 3: Can those of you who have the game give me a list of all of Jin's air unblockable moves? I'd appreciate it if you did.
