I think you might be surprised, the push-back on his normals is brutal. Usually it comes out to more like 10 frames, unless you diligently set it up through a sequence of jC 3dash 5B cross 6A. Something like that, it's very solid. If they barrier it can really make performing that cross up awkward. I usually prefer just mashing on jC as mix and footsies and seeing how people deal with it, works about 95% of the time in America.

Yeah that was maybe my favorite part of the tournament, mashing 6A on you while yelling "GOD STOOOOOOMP" Also, don't forget you have to account for crossing up, C0R. If you're just cancelling instantly it's much different from passing all the way through your opponent.

Just be careful with that, I think most characters can reaction mash many things to get out of anything into dash 6A. The start up is a little lack luster for how close you are during a grounded crossup.

It's maybe possible with flawless timing on a 5A whiff? definitely not for 2A.

It's simple, just takes precise timing. Imagine you are gatling-ing 5A 5B 2B, and then imagine you are whiffing 5A then pressing 5B. The second 5A is out for a significantly longer time. So if you are either going to connect with the 5A OR whiff it (because he is invincible), you can put in 5A 5B 6D 2B and get either 5A 5B 2B or 5A (whiff) 6D. Does that make any sense?

I agree with running all winner's matches first in all but one scenario. In this particular case, we had to get people OUT the door, because Gamecenter had about twice as many people in it than was legally permissible. So running at least the first match of both winners and losers removed so many people from the tournament which allowed us all to breathe and not get shut down either. Otherwise I'm totally in agreement, mystic.
