I'm half interested in this.

Problem is I haven't played any of the other ones, there isn't a character design that really stands out as one I would like to play as, and I'm not sure about importing if it's potentially going to get a US release. And not at least having an English subtitles/menus option if I'm importing isn't helping me decide either.

With that said, from what I'm reading / seeing I'd probably play as Konoha or Akane and pick the Time Arcana because it at least sounds interesting.

I guess I'll stay on the fence and see how things turn out for a while.

I have never played AH before, and I hadn't seen any AH vids until today.

I watched like three videos of AH3 today.

I'm so tempted to import now >_<

If you provide screenshots we can try to help, otherwise you're just kinda on your own as most don't even have the game yet ; A;

Also shame on everyone over looking AH >.< and I often am puzzled by people on the fence about importing any game...

The SRK Arcana Heart Thread is full with people quoting their inboxes. It's rather funny.

I just looked at Playasia's item of the week...It's AH3 with $5 off... :vbang: FML.

That one's for the Asia version. The JPN version is still $79.

Hello Julia Williams.

We have confirmed your payment and shipped the following order to you.

And all's right with the world :3

Also it already left Japan about an hour ago + w+ that makes me hopeful for getting it Sat, if not it'll have to be Tues (damn holidays >.<)

*goes back to the wiki for more research*

Just logged onto the JPN PSN and saw that Arc is doing it again, they're selling extra colors, however the pricing on these are alot better than BB.

Each individual pack cost 60yen and provide 4 extra colors for two characters, however you can opt for the "All In" pack which runs 300yen and gives you the extra colors for all 23 characters.

I had some loose yen in my JPN wallet from buying 3rd Birthday so I went ahead and got the "All In" pack...before I even have the game ; A;

do you know if you need a japanese PSN account to buy the colors, or could i just add points to my american account and buy them like that?

You need a JPN account, I'm 85% sure

2 questions

does the game have some sort of challenge mode ala BBCS?

and how good is the training mode, its good as BBCS/GGAC?

Yeah you need a JPN account and yen, the account is easy enough to make, however you can go about getting a PSN yen card in several ways, most go to playasia for the 1000, I buy my 1000 from here

Either way once downloaded you do NOT need to stay on your JPN PSN to utilize the extra content.

Unfortunately Hecatom unless the site is lying there is no type of challenge mode, listed modes include; Story, Arcade, Score Attack, Training, Versus, Network and Gallery.

Saddly most are too lazy for trial/error so we're going to have to wait for someone who can read Japanese to get a copy before we can know how good Training is (if I get my copy before then I'll definitely let ya know)

I'm sorry but yes it is, there are only like 5% of all the games released on 360 that have been region free, this will most likely be done on a developer's whim if they see strong import support (Calamity Trigger was probably only region free due to the two regions tight release schedule)
