God_Of_Olympus Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 someone try finding more vids to see if this is consistent 5CC does not FC mid combo my honest to god guess is it's suppose to make up for the fro prorating so hard so that it's not a waste to use your wind for the combo, then agian there are other ways as seen in the video that are pretty situational( not like it's that hard to chuck a llobelia at them in the corner though)

Damage output doesn't necessarily mean much without these 2 factors in play. And I believe Fatal Counters don't add positive proration, just 2F of untechable time, but then again, the System Guide hasn't confirmed whether the positive proration is also applied on FCs, so eh.

Soniti Posted December 31, 2009 Author Posted December 31, 2009 I am starting to think we can use Tempest Dahlia as a reveral They nerfed it from the loke tests -- I've been hit out of it many times trying to test for reversal: It has startup, and the 1-2 wind versions have so much of that it's not so useful. Plus you don't get to pressure at all after from those. The 3-4 wind versions are usable in roughly the same situations as cat chair.

If your pumpkin floats into a less-than-useful position, there's not much you can do about it other than use extra wind to bring it back into play or try to push/pull your opponent into range of it. i seen in that youtube vid with bang vs rachel that u can resummon ur pumpkin whenever u want to, he was doing it to him with a combination of 3c the pumpkin was still there but then it was allowed to be resummon, playres dont summon it often due to the fact of it not being very good anymore.

You may be right about that. Think I've been resummoning, too, come to think of it. Might've been thinking of the frog or a loketest or something, but I could've sworn I'd had the pumpkin summon fail me before. Apologies for the questionable info, I'll check again later.

Except in the air. You're still logically restricted to one summon for each time your feet leave the ground.
