I will be keeping a close eye on konan. Also, I will post the vids in the videos thread when the Nico vids are converted to youtube vids.

Anyway, from a video I've seen, it looks like 5C (and 5CC for that matter) prorates pretty hard, to the point where it may not be worth using. I've seen a 5B > 6C > 6CC > air combo do more damage--kinda hard to tell since the quality was really wanky. Edit: Nevermind, after rewatching it, 5B was on CH, not really something to replace 5C. I don't think it'll combo into 6C otherwise, perhaps someone can confirm?

How much has she risen as of now? Risen? You mean as a favorable player or not considered a tier? We've got some really good Tsubaki players this time around so there's plenty of room for favoritism.

Skye Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 She'll have to find some momentum is she's gonna, her biggest issue is that some characters just won't give her the time. That fully charged unblockable is really good though. It spaces nicely and the full charge isn't even that long. I wish I could play the game and get me a taste of that before people get smart.

I don't like tier list in any sort and I usually main mid to low tier characters just cus thats what I have fun with. But I do have to admit it's always fun to go up against someone who picked their character from top tier and beat them with a mid or low and ask them how they like they tiers now ^^; Tsubaki seems overall pretty decent of a character. I've only had 2 chances to play CS so far but I've changed my main to her for sure ^^

As for the second, that's like saying why people just play Ken just because he's better than the other 7 characters that have the exact same moves. It's catastrophic. If you're good with this one character, then you wanna play him/her a lot and get used to the mechanics. So why are tiers for queers? Because they contradict who we should or should not be interested in playing.

If Tsubaki was S tier, I'd still play her, because my decision to play her was from knowing of her Order Sol-esque playstyle, and since I was an Order Sol main, it'll be paying homage to my favorite GG character. Plus, she's mad hot. If you mean it, never let tiers influence who you play, play who you like, regardless of tier.

The thing is, people don't care to discern between the two and as per say human nature, they assume the worst. If Tsubaki was S tier, I'd still play her, because my decision to play her was from knowing of her Order Sol-esque playstyle, and since I was an Order Sol main, it'll be paying homage to my favorite GG character. Plus, she's mad hot. If you mean it, never let tiers influence who you play, play who you like, regardless of tier. . A-class student .Proffesional soldier .1st Liutenant of the Zero Unit .CHARGING STARS .A valkyrie of sorts (Astral Finish) .Order-Sol playstyle .What more do you want? @Spud: I don't know who's hardest, but she seems to fair well against a Rachel and counters Ragna plenty of times.

According to her match up charts, her hardest are Bang, Litchi, and Ragna, who all deny her the chance to get a decent charge, even when she knocks them down. She doesn't really have any easy match ups, most are even or slightly against her.

Not only does she not give Tsubaki a chance to get going but she can't even get in on her easily. I don't think any others will fall below 6-4 though, so it's not terribly important if you can back yourself up with skill. Litchi's going to be really hard though.
