Here's the main issue with online: most people take it too seriously.

If you can find yourself some decent opponents (or not even decent but willing to actually improve instead of stagnating in lag tactics) and play them often, and also keep in mind that some of your stuff could actually be more/less effective due to the lag, then you are good to go. Otherwise, it can help you learn to adapt to some things, but its overall very subpar.

Most people who play online are either playing casually (ie "i press button :v:") or play "competitive online", where they aim to exploit the laggy environment as much as possible to increment their chances of winning. The fact that they increase their chances of winning like this is not the issue, but the fact that they will give you false experience. Online teaches you more bad habits than good ones, since it lets you get away with things you normally wouldn't.

Find yourself some sparing partners, and take all the experience you get with a pinch of salt, and overall, don't try to get too competitive in it, not worth it.

Online does indeed give you bad habits during Lag. In my years experience, I know.

Use Atomic Collider as an Anti Air.

Believe Tager is S Tier

DP on wakeup with no RC

but then again im all about the fun and games you can have on BB.

I find myself not pulling out things alot. While online because I have 0's with many people lucky will get a 3 with a few. I myself apparently have some bad habbits and must get rid of them. Online I can do most things just fine.. but I guess after awhile, depending on the lag. You get used to it. That's something I have to do next. But I feel ya and know what you mean! :[

Double Post:

Now that j.2C Fatal Counters. If we land that Midscreen, Are we talking CS2 Noel level Bullshit? (Providing We're about halfway to the corner)

I'd imagine 5k-6k w/ super on a knockdown hit would be easily achievable, although if it was a grounded it'd require an 3C RC if not close to a corner.

This is assuming that no normals got proration tweaks, as none have been mentioned

Probably not, unless the changed something else, j2C has pretty bad proration. The whole j2C fatal thing reminds me of when they added fatal to Tager's 6B. It's more for show as the move "feels big" then it is for practicality.

Hmm. Well it's just valuble none the less. Despite the damage scaling, A corner carry + Oki would make me happy enough.

Honestly, the FC really only makes me happy because it's much easier to not drop a combo. Can't mention how many times ive gotten a J2C counter hit and didn't dash in time when i hit the ground to pick it up. Now hopefully i can try some more creative stuff with it.

Agreed. Although I have a habit of focusing on having my steins set in intricate places. If anything its OCD. If I don't have a 6D and 4D out from Midscreen I feel awkward. So on a CH j.2C im like "Lol moar steins"

Kinda' silly.

On fatal j.2c you will be able to connect 5c > 6c on standing.

In addition you should be able to connect 5a > 3c and 5b > SoD.

Not something I'll strive for when my opponent whiffs something huge but If I land it accidently I'll be glad knowing im going to get them in the corner for it.
