Don't play Carl, so someone will have to tell me if * Brio's knockback trajectory travels farther. and * Throw damage is 600. Throw > Fermata damage is 1700. are buffs or nerfs. (´ ー`)

- Overall damage has been drastically reduced.

Hmm, I never thought he was too powerful. This would probably make me fight even less Carl's than I fight normally too. (Well, ones that know how to play)

The throw changes are nerfs.

Ushi says he felt like there was change in Lambda's j.2DD, but he's not sure. He's asking for confirmation from Lambda players. I kinda get what the change is, but I'm not sure so I won't translate it. If anyone could be as kind to translate:

So... is (mah D:<) Rachel still the same as in the latest loketests? (AKA she doesn't suck anymore and she has DAMAGE).

Please post Hazama shit. Would be kinda frustrating to see he's still raped.

Ushi says that, aside from Carl, there seem to be very few big changes. A lot of characters feel unchanged from previous location tests.

This location test will also be the longest yet, running from 9:00am to 11:30pm japan time until the 21st of November. Japanese players will have ample time to probe the game, and we'll have ample time to bum information from them.

Ushi's going home because he has college classes to attend. He notes that he didn't see a single Tsubaki or Tager player today.

Not surprising but I would like to hear something about Tsubaki if anything at all.

There hasn't been any news about her since loktest 3 or so.

If it's running to Nov 21st though, that's plenty of time for people to spot some changes so I look forward to some news.

Narration change has GOT to be to CT narrator/announcer. I mean, if you listen to the announcer when selecting Makoto or Valkenhayn in character select, you'd hear her voice. SO I'm guessing they're changing the rest of the announcer sounds to that one.

J.2C knocking down ruins so much of Carl's mixup game, heck it removes his starter into high damage loops. now i feel like i've wasted 3 weeks.

It seems like an odd change, but I wouldn't panic. Firstly - it may just mean that it knocks down aerial opponents, knocking down standing opponents would be plain weird. Secondly, even if that is the case, they may not be able to emergency tech on knockdown, which means his mix-up is still fine. I'd wait for more information before reaching conclusions.

Update - Ushi apologizes for saying Ragna and Jin are unchanged. He says this is not the case, and he chalks the error up to a lack of character knowledge.

Current "☆" info:

+ Jin - 2D starts up faster.

- Arakune - slight increase in startup time before a warp.

- Arakune - 6D is positioned slightly farther away.

- Carl - 3C retains CS version's float property, but is also ground-techable.

* Platinum appears unchanged since last location test.

Platinum:

+ Dash is pretty far.

* Has 5 Guard Primers

* Air dash animation is Platinum riding her staff like Cardcaptor Sakura. Hang time on the air dash is long. If she and another character air dash and attack at the same time, it might be possible for her opponent to hit her afterward before she lands.

I was looking at that blog and there were some old nerfs to Rachel that I don't recognize. Do you think you could translate them for me?

- A-Lobelia's recovery increased. Not as much recovery as CT version though.

- Baden Baden Lily's damage from the lightning rods slightly decreased.

- Something about how j.2C's raised up. The word compound is unclear, hasn't been translated in any of the other Location Tests' notes either.

This "Mu 3C is techable again" business is making me say "Despite helping me get over Rach being a cripple your services are no longer needed,Mu your fired."

EDIT:Then again she'll be a sub,Makoto on the other hand seemed like she'd be borrowing Rachel's rose-embroidered wheelchair.
