farranpoison Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 I dunno mang. Just woke up. WAKE UP FASTER. D:<
Choconyo Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 - mid screen combos are pretty much 3C>214DA or Jyayoku>214DC>6C>dash2B~ I was secretly hoping they would change his combos back to what they were, but oh well. ;_; This new engrish announcer... I want to hear it so badly now.
Yuushiro Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 sorry for the wrong translation at 3 AM in the morning lol I added my common sense that was wrong lol
Cirno Posted November 15, 2010 Author Posted November 15, 2010 Good morning everyone. Updated the first post to reflect the changes, though if I've incorrectly labeled certain nerfs/buffs feel free to point it out to me.
Airk Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Good morning everyone. Updated the first post to reflect the changes, though if I've incorrectly labeled certain nerfs/buffs feel free to point it out to me. There are two seperate Valkenhayn sections.
felipebwk Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 【System】 Ragna - 623C>236C follow up 236C does not cause a big wall bounce which make you will be able to combo after you land - B>3C>623C>236C>236C>land 2C>5D~ works - BE's hitstop has changed - increase in 6C's attack level(?) Lambda - after 214D normal hit, you can't combo with 5D, u can do dash 5B~ so it requires more reaction skill - no invincibility for gravity move Ragna: lol! New B.edge changes! WTF! please don't destroy B.edge ARCSW! 6C level up...this is a Very good Buff! more stun for 6C! this is great! (is this fake?) B>3C>623C>236C>236C>land 2C>5D~ works => yes! i loved this one! Lambda: Sad face = ( hey! give some buffs for lambda! please ARCSW!
Sanctuary Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Jin: - 623D seems to have the same move proration, combos with 2 623D's involved pretty much don't work anymore Seems to have? So this may not be true? Even if it is, i guess ill just have to use a J214D in its place.
SolheartStud Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Ragna *BE's hitstop has changed Anyone know what this could mean?
Cirno Posted November 15, 2010 Author Posted November 15, 2010 There are two seperate Valkenhayn sections. Ahaha, yeah, I just caught that. Just woke up, so forgive me for that one. ┐( ̄ー ̄)┌
Airk Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Jin: - 623D seems to have the same move proration, combos with 2 623D's involved pretty much don't work anymore Seems to have? So this may not be true? Even if it is, i guess ill just have to use a J214D in its place. EVERYTHING in this thread may not be true. What you're getting is translations of random people who may or may not even be telling the truth about an experience they may or may not understand or parse correctly. It's not like ArcSys is posting a changelog or something. Basically, take everything you read here as a big "maybe."
HiagoX Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 You forgot to list this: Valkenhayn - Nacht Rozen (236C) is no longer an overhead. - Throw > 2C is not possible anymore.
Hecatom Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Tager + 22D does 100 damage + 2C>3C added - no follow up combo from regular throw Tager - no follow up combo from regular throw - no follow up combo from regular throw
stunedge Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 quick edit : Jin 6A breaks primer on block
Cirno Posted November 15, 2010 Author Posted November 15, 2010 You forgot to list this: No no, that's there. You were probably looking where I slipped up and added a second Valk section. Looks like we're both still tired. (´ー`) quick edit : Jin 6A breaks primer on block fucking beautiful
Diveman Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Tager - no follow up combo from regular throw
stunedge Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 for jin 6C>6D>6B>623B>6C>6D>623D>6C>6D>C>HJ2C B(1)>C>623B>6C>6D>6D>sekka>6C 623D>6C>623B>6C>623D>C>6C>dc>JC>214C didn't combo my guess is there is same move proration on 6D or maybe 623D anyway, sth changed here
Hellmonkey Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Hit's high. 上段= high 中段= mid 下段= low Actually tyuudan is "high" in English, as in needs to be blocked high, so mid is a bad translation. joudan is literally hits high like some antiair.
HiagoX Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 No no, that's there. You were probably looking where I slipped up and added a second Valk section. Looks like we're both still tired.l Indeed, I just woke up. My apologies.
Urichinan Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 (edited) I like how you think sir Im glad we can still do the CS bulls*t combo after a throw. Not completely though... 2C[m] > ItsuuA > 6Kote > Haku > Hatsu > RiichiA > IppatsuA > IppatsuB > 2D > Hatsu > Chun > Staff 2 > 6B > ItsuuA > 4Kote > 66 > 3C > 2D > j.B > j.C > Staff 2 > 6C(2) was her main mid-screen combo. But since we can't cancel into Itsuu anymore it will probably end up like: Throw > ItsuuA > 6Kote > Haku > Hatsu > RiichiA > IppatsuA > IppatsuB > 2D > Hatsu > Chun > Staff 2 > 6C(2) > ItsuuC(A pickup, not cancel, confirmed to work) > j.B > dj > j.B > j.C > j.B > Hatsu > Chun Edited November 15, 2010 by Urichinan
HiagoX Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Actually tyuudan is "high" in English Actually, wouldn't that be "chuudan"? At any rate, point still stands regardless of how it's written.
mr.mortified Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 still waiting for when we'll get FRC's in BB :3
Diveman Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Not completely though... 2C[m] > ItsuuA > 6Kote > Haku > Hatsu > RiichiA > IppatsuA > IppatsuB > 2D > Hatsu > Chun > Staff 2 > 6B > ItsuuA > 4Kote > 66 > 3C > 2D > j.B > j.C > Staff 2 > 6C(2) was her main mid-screen combo. yeah, but what I meant was that, we can still get itsuu into something off a throw, that IMO is good, along with her kara throw. I wonder if would be possible to do: Air throw, land, Itsuu C, 6kote, haku, hatsu, etc etc
