Have you EVER played Noel at all? Let alone competently or against a competent one? You CAN get that 3C off whether you link into it or you use it at just the right place and right time. It's honestly not too difficult, scrub or not. ._.

Very likely that the patch that allows you to play against platinum online would be the patch that includes balance changes. I'd really lose a lot of faith if they charged for the balance patch after we bought the dlc chars as the balance patch is a much more mandatory thing.

KOF XIII has the potential to be the best KOF title in the series. It's the only modern fighting game made with old school sensibilities, and it caters more to the hardcore crowd. SNK showed us you don't have to dumb a game down and make it scrubby in order to appeal to new players, thanks to some great design choices. Short hops are faster than they were in any other game. Yeah, they fucked up here and there with freeze glitches and wonky hitboxes and a couple OP characters, but these obstacles aren't insurmountable. They only really need to tone down K' and Raiden a little bit, but they already made good progress by taking out the infinites.

But yeah, I suggest everyone give the game a chance when it gets a console release.

lol , dont' post like that as u are assuming i am scrub. do u think 3c on 1st hit is reliable to even argue? yes ofcourse once a blue moon u will be able to land one. there is also burst in this game

Noel's 3C is a hell of a punisher, especially to whiffed or baited DP attempts, and even some really high recovery normals when IB'ed. And even if it did FC now, she's lost her haida loop, so it's even more intriguing what kind of combo it was that dealt 4k+ midscreen.

Just waiting on any info based on the state of the rest of her normals, but if she stays this way in the final, then I'd be content. Something better than CS1 at least.

It can't possibly be released in stores, besides they said at BBCS' launch that the game would be patched for balance within 6 months of the initial release. I'm pretty certain of that, as a Rachel main I've been counting the days since it came out
