But yeah, he won, but the Noel mirror still looks really dumb, evident in the way that both players used a burst in the first round, you can just feel the rage in those bursts.

LiveWireX Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 I'm actually a new poster here, but I've been maining Noel since CT (even if I have her semi-retired until CS2 comes out so I can work on my Jin and Makoto more), but personally it's awesome you guys put all this work into getting these videos and combos and stuff up here. I know this probably isn't like some official "thank you" thread, but I just thought it needed saying. Also, seeing some of the stuff R-1's been pulling off in CS2 makes it so I can't help but smile.

SkyKing Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 With each iteration, Noel becomes even more stylish with the way she handles regular and Chain Revolver combos. Being able to Optic Barrel in the middle of combos gives her an easier link into 6C than Spring Raid did in CS1. I'll surely miss those mid-screen SR combos though, since they were what made her achieve really nice damage if you weren't near a wall.
