The chances are all but non-existent, if anyone was going to have a dedicated hub for UNiB it would be Melty Bread oh there's also Mayonaka Midnight. SG is only on here because the creator Mike Z has been a huge part of the community, and Darkstalkers is on here because...well I'm not sure lol, but the fact remains the biggest thing hindering the title is the fact it is limited to a very small amount of people who can actually play it.

If you're just looking for an organized local for the videos I suppose 1 of 2 things could happen: The original poster (Hecatom) could update the opening post or someone could make a thread (here in Misc Fighters) with the sole purpose of just housing videos.

Another thing that it could be done, is make a thread on the media center, i think that no one would object that we make a thread for housing the videos for the game there and use this to discuss the videos and the news of the game

I wouldn't open a thread in the Media Center without clearing it with the higher ups first, it sounds harmless enough but since it's clearly labeled for GG/BB/P4U/SG you don't want to step on any toes.
