I respect your optimism...

lol, so true.

but at least we know that some time later they would make a port

the funny thing is that a pc port is more likely than a console port if we go by the company's track record :P

That being said no Yuzuriha makes me sad

that makes 2 sad pandas here

this game is going to be weird (not in the negative way...maybe) because the spacing game is so unlike any other, EVERYONE'S a threat from like full screen, it seems so crazy.

i know right, perhaps this is their way to compensate that they "took" the air mobility in favor of a more ground spacing game

which this brings a question btw, do we can block in the air on UNIB?

i dont remember right now, and because im on the office i cant check youtube to see it

if we cant then the ground spacing game would be very important considering the reach of every character on the game, jaja

Still not sure if I'm ready to get hyped or not.

why not girl, having more options is always better, plus with more games, the devs are pushed to do their best on making good games, at the end we, the players end winning >:3

although considering what we went after DB... :gonk::sweatdrop:

It looks like you can at least block specials in the air, like Vatista is doing here, but I haven't seen anyone block ground normals in the air yet.

On the note of not seeing things, I don't think I've seen anyone roll tech yet. Neutral get up seems to start immediately after they hit the ground.

Not really, no. Though there is something about Hilda that doesn't click with me.

Is it the fact that her design doesn't have any symmetry?

...kay, will give Vatista another chance.

She and Yuzuriha. I need to define which one will be mai waifu / main :kitty:

None of the guys are interesting. Which is weird because I like using Shiki, Kouma and Warakia in MB.

I'm stuck between the choice of Carmine, Hilda and Vatista. I'd just like to see Hilda though.

Oh who am I kidding this isn't coming west.

I will agree that they could have chosen a better face for her character portrait though. The fact that it can be interpreted as derpy in the first place doesn't make me all that happy with it.

I'm just happy if this game gets a PS3 port that I can import.

inb4 the game only gets a JP 360 port...

Yeah, that was the other inb4. I just didn't want to make it too long.

I know I should be happy that we're getting vids in general for this game, but I'm kinda annoyed at how few we got for this loketest. They must've really cracked down on it this time.

Hilda is the boss character in B&W right?

Hilda is indeed the chick in the black/white outfit and the "oh ho ho ho" look about her.

Now I hope she laughs like that when this game gets voice acting.

3 videos are better than none though.

And 5 videos are better than 3!

I don't even mind that, it's her drunk face that kills me.

That may be the case, yeah.

i see her face more like drunk with lust, well at least is what i think that they tried to do :P

French Bread should be considered failures forever if "ara ara" isn't in one of Hilda's introductions or win quotes.

i guess is that its just me that dont see hilda as that type of character

for me she seems more like lust from FMA

adadup!

i already claimed yuzuhira as my waifu, step down bitch :v:

Hilda and Carmine are the only characters that really catch my fancy at the moment, but who am I kidding I'll never get the chance to play this game anyways.

How can you claim her when you can't even spell her name?

Never seen the latter, and neither have the Myanimelist character database.

To make this post less off-topic, here are some more movelist translations.

Orie:

Divine Thrust (236A/B/C) - A quick thrust forward that may whiff on sitting small enemies. The B version can be charged. The EX version is faster and goes through the opponent.

Sacred Spire (623A/B/C) - An anti-air multi-hit attack. The EX version deals more hits.

Come Forth/Command Order (214A/B/C, can be done in midair) - Summons Orie's Stand that attacks the enemy. Different buttons perform different attacks, and you can follow up the attack with the same input. The B version is the upward sword slash that can be followed up, the EX version is the multi-hit sphere of light that appears near the enemy.

Luminous Embrace (41236D) - Infinite Worth, makes Orie shoot a wave of light at the enemy. Easy to use, since it's pretty fast.

Gordeau:

Mortal Slide (236A/B/C) - Gordeau attacks with his scythe. By inputting the command again, you can pull in the opponent. The EX version performs an additional grab attack after the pull.

Grim Reaper (623A/B/C) - Gordeau spins the scytche, covering a lot of space. It seems like he can even hit the enemies that are behind him. The EX version blows the enemy away.

Assimilation (214A/B/C) - The command grab that drains a single GRD charge. Seems like you can grab with it even while the opponent is in midair?

Name unconfirmed (22A/B/C) - The A version is a low attack with the scythe; B and C version make Gordeau jump, spin the scythe like a helicopter, and perform an overhead attack. The EX version is a faster B/C one.

Turbulence (41236D) - Infinite Worth; Gordeau performs a long combo with the scythe. He continues it even if the first hit is guarded. The last hit blows the enemy away.

Waldstein:

He's a bit starved for the gameplay info. The only decent info that is written here is that his 360 can be performed in midair and its EX version waits for the enemy to get near him, and that his 214A/B/C is a rushing grab with a long start-up. Oh, and he seems to have a special attack against downed enemies, but there is no confirmed input for it yet.

Thanks for all the movelist translations, SoWL.

Now there's a 263 motion? Interesting...
