Se faire dire par qqun qui a plus d'expérience nos mauvaises habitudes, et se faire expliquer pk telles choses au lieu de d'autres choses sont meilleures dans telle ou telle situation, c'est invaluable pour s'améliorer... pcq souvent c'est des choses qu'on réalise pas soi-même en jouant!

How did you guys learn to dash to the left on stick? Do you double tap left with the thumb or something else? My head just can't wrap around it. I literally feel awkward and uncomfortable whenever I need to do that motion because it's so unnatural. I really need to get that shit down if I want to do anything when I'm on the right side : |

You're "supposed" to use your thumb to dash to the left. It takes some time to get used to, along with dp motions, especially on the player 2 side.

Look at the hand cam on the bottom left corner. Dashing requires a different hand positioning.

I think my neutral game is getting somewhat better, while I keep consistently dropping combos I can do fine at home.

That has to do with playing people more, and training more. Start doing reps for combos like 5 times in a row and if you drop it restart back at one. Adds pressure for you to complete your combos.

Except Brice, though. He just stares at my face to confirm my sadness after he wins. :<

You probably won't suck because it's still BB you'll be playing not an entirely different fighter. Once you know how to use your character you'll be fine.

I'm going to try to be there for 7:30, but good chance I'll be late (school related stuff). And Plat doesn't have DP motions, this is a part of why I wuv her so much.

And Daisy, if anything, CP will be a good time to catch up since everyone else is also struggling to find the new optimal ways to play their characters.

On Tuesday, I saw you land a j.C Aerial Counter Hit and just let the guy land without giving him at least a 5C > Heart Car follow-up. I went " :C "

Try stuff with Counters in Training Mode as well, if you aren't already. j.C, 2C, Bat and Cat Hammer Counters are especially easily to follow-up on.

And, I'm no pro at block strings, but I don't think 5C is the best way to start one on Oki, since you're greatly limiting your options. Try dialing that back to 5A/2A/2B.

Oh, and before I forget, Kaeru, this was the bike I was talking about: Honda CB1100 2013. It oozes old-school vibes like nothing. I'd seriously consider getting one if I hadn't gone down the path of the sportbike instead.
