Ridiculous damage, which I why that spot fits Ragna while Valk, Haku and Hazama are all better options wise for the most part.
LunaKage Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 I can't really do a serious one at this point, since I have no idea how most characters function yet, considering I only ever bother to watch Noel videos. Though I'm pretty pleased that the only time I see Japanese Noels lose is if they are just bad(GUCCI), Hit 4D too much(R1), or don't hit 4D enough(Yuu). Though I have been pleasantly surprised with some of the Tager matches I've seen, it's one of those matchups I need to grind, without the haida loop we lost a huge weapon against him, but we still got dat Tager only oki and we still hit like a truck.

No no no, I don't mean by exploiting the massive hitbox it had, I mean it actually invulns through it now, it never used to do that. If I tried to catch the recovery frames of j.2C with 4D, I would always get hit by j.2C, it was one of those air moves that 4D just wouldn't work like that on. Sure if we did it super early we could hit you out of the sky with it, but it didn't lead to nearly as much. Basically, CSX 4D is so godlike even I have to admit it's pretty fucking stupid lol
