Heck, no matter whether people agree or disagree with this list, it has been shown that Makoto is still a very capable character, so who gives a damn. I already know that I'll be sticking with her. :3

So I don't feel that her being last is that big of an overall impact I am not the one to judge, but CS:EX dont show any huge progress, it looks as balanced as CS2 maybe better or maybe worse a tad bit. My friend in JPN says Tager is balanced now, Ragna is more annoying than Noel, Valkenhayn is not as scary as you think plus he became much fun to fight after they nerfed his Eisen, Arakune is damn good. I asked him about Mako he said: she is really bad now, everyone dropped her yet she is the everyone easy to play sub. i asked him how would he rate Mako compared to Bang in CS2, he said: in CS2 Bang only had problems with high tiers, while CSEX Makoto have a hard time winning nearly all her match ups. (I hope what he says is not true and he is just salty) I showed him the JBBS tier list and he agreed with it, he says just up Jin and Relius a tier, and put down Tao a tier. He plays Hazama and Jin with 500 PSR iirc.
