Jin at the end of EX looked like an amazing character imo. Konan winning gods and Goro shitting on souji at the NEC qualifier make the tiers look silly. P4U balance patch didn't change much..anyway tier discussions are retarded. It's completely irrelevant to 99% of DL atm anyway.

None of those things really changed the placement of those characters in tier lists much. Jin stayed B, Tsubaki maybe went from C to B, same with Makoto. Etc.

The new characters haven't had as much exposure yet. 2 months from now, I might believe the tier lists that surface by then. These week-old tier lists are just laughable.
