Don't know how it is going to be over there though but seeing as Japan and Europe (yeah, Europe) are full of Ragnas... Anyway my fellow Jin's. I've got something for you to toy around with. Double air-dash combo an inspired Tsubaki combo, ha! Never seen it before but that might just be me. It covers a great distance, much like 'good old' 6C > 5C > 6C. Works of an anti air 5C counter and 2C fatal. Anti air, mid screen CH 5C/FC 2C > IAD > falling j.2C > 5C > 2C > j.D > AD stuff, does around 3.2k damage of 5C if you happen to land in the corner you can end the combo with 5B > 3C > 623B > 6A > 3C > 214A > (3C > 214C) for 3.5k damage and from p2 to corner: CH 5C/FC 2C > IAD > falling j.2C > 5C > 6C > 623B > 66 6C > 6D > IAD > 66 5B > 5C > 3C > 214A > (3C > 214C) for 3.8k damage (5C version and 214C added) Big question mark for practical use, looks stylish for me. Might end up being combo vid material only but meh, give it a try.
Jourdal Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 ohhh duh im an idiot lol no i wasn't talking about ease of use i was talking about how good they are. i usually don't think of things like ease of use...and i think thats because of who we play lol ya i understand about wanting the game im glad i got it when i did because it took me a decent amount of time to change almost everything i did with jin lol and im still not used to this jin. but ya since every is about to have the game get ready to hate the ragna, valk, carl, tao, match up if you didn't already hate em like i did... oh and and, bang especially bang. god i hate bang Really? I'm estimating that it'll take me 30 minutes to get used to him, but i've been training myself subtley since october so maybe that'll help. About the matchups.....I'll counter pick rags with rags for silly mirrors. Valk can eat a dick,carl...well Im ass at that matchup anyway. Tao...no one plays this character int he US so i'll be okay. I'm quite scared of bang too tbh though. lold Just play Valk, Jourdal. , no. I can only stomach that character if Hima is playing him or I'm using Himas palette. Plus, see below. Also, I found CS:EX Jin pretty easy to get used to when I was playing him during Casuals at Luna's awhile back, maybe it's just me but it didn't seem that difficult to get used to a few of the changes. 6C did throw me off but since I've seen combos off of 6C already, I was able to cope.

Playing in there is uncomfortable, my brothers can deal with it but i cant lol. Ethernet cable wouldnt stretch that far and signal in the only alternative room is low.

When I was playing on pad I tried to play in a room below 65 degrees and my fingers just could not respond fast enough.

A legit way to warm up is to practice hazama loops no lie.
