Most of his wins are actually against beginners. He literally plays nonstop ranked. I'm seriously out of the loop but the fellas here can probably tell ya more.

Eventually you'll get to the point where he will get matched up with you, leave, and send you a message telling you that he has to go when in actuality he is narrowing his matchup search to exclude you.
