If I remember right, the palette was also on the same exact spot in the color selection for everyone so it seemed like a common thing. They might just be bringing that back.

Also considering Jin has a Tsubaki / Hakumen palette, Tsubaki has a Hakumen palette, and Hakumen has a Tsubaki palette, it would be no surprise if other characters get colors from other characters as well. I think it is cool and can't wait to see more of them.

I would say there is quite a bit of a connection between those two (see: Phase Shift) and considering that both Jin AND Hakumen have Tsubaki palettes, it's not like they couldn't have doubled up, just seems really weird. Also Litchi should've had a Linhua palette, for the lulz I'm really hoping they release the game at the end of the week of this test or the following week, I'm ready to see Bullet in glorious 240p!
