harmless kitten Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 If I recall in P0 or whatever it was, he refused to fight and was in hiding, until he got inspired by Bloodedge and his sacrifice. Then he decided to join the cause. I don't remember any of that and I can't check CSE right now, but that really does not sound like the Mitsuyoshi in P0. This is the same guy that tackled a Black Beast fragment. Maybe he developed a streak of fright after being almost devoured by it, but otherwise it doesn't sound like Mitsuyoshi at all. Besides, he was with Ragna in the very end!

Yeah,he doesn't scare if it just a black beast,more like he has a really big grudged toward the black beast,so he not scare to fight against the black beast,but he doesn't have any courage to accept the truth,so he still a coward because he doesn't want to accept the truth of the death of his best friend and his wife,he maybe the strongest of the hero,but he is really frail inside.

Volt Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 In Hakumen's CS story mode Jubei said Bloodedge died to save him and if he wasn't so weak Bloodedge would be alive. I think he only started to run away after the Dark War.

Yeah we could say it like that,because during the dark war he focus on revenge,but after the dark war he begin to run away by changing his name,because he doesn't want to face the truth,to put it simple the black beast doesn't scare him,what he fear the most is the truth about his friends.

Soothesayer Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 To be Fair Valk gets his ass kicked the most out of the 6 heroes, which is a real shame considering how badass he is. He struggles with Relius, loses against terumi, and gets beat down by Azzy. He's turning into Piccolo and I fear by next game he'll be full on Yamcha.

And I'm not surprised that Platinum was able to beat Azreal, I mean she pretty much has the skill of one of the six hero's (Trinity) and let's face it. Magic is mostly likely going to beat brute strength. (I laugh at the thought of Azreal being blasted away by a Shining Layered Force.)

She can't manifest herself through Platinum for too long and yeah she has a lot of magic but rachel uses sorcery which is supposed to be a tier above magic yet still got her ass handed to her by Azzy. Also since Takegawhatever got killed did Rachel get back the power she had before CS?

I was thinking since Terumi/Phantom killed them she got some of that power back. But maybe BB wiki is being nonsense again.
Wild Candy Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 True, Rachel uses sorcery, but that's just magic in it's rawest form, and it's no where near on par as to someone like Trinity, Phantom, or Nine. I'm not sure whether or not she has the same amount of power she had back in CT... She's probably still powerful though. (I think i read somewhere that she's the one to awaken Mu with Noel's mindset.) In the case of Platinum versus Azreal, Platinum does have access to the Nox Nyctores; Murochin. It's also possible that Azreal just underestimated a sweet Magical Girl.

Rachel still had enough power to be Hakumen's Observer after he ditched Kokonoe though. And Terumi only won because Phantom managed to trap her in a seal, and Rachel was stunned at her power IIRC. Also, lol BBwiki.

I mean seriously, he literally runs over everyone and in other characters` story modes, he's not even trying. He wounds Rachel, something nobody, not even Terumi, has managed, beats Jin despite his awakening to the Power of Order and is able to go toe to toe with Ragna after he unleashes the Azure. I think they're trying a little too hard with the Badass Ax Crazy Blood Knight angle, not even Kenpachi was this OP.
