BlackYakuzu94 Posted November 12, 2013 Author Posted November 12, 2013 ...Well...that escalated quickly. See Jin, this is what you get for being such a jackass; you lose to the comic relief, and your girlfriend stabs you in the chest.
SoWL Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Oh, right, and Jin couldn't fight against Tsubaki because of Yukianesa being blocked.
Shinhwa Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) Watched Episode 6. So Continuum Shift happened already (I don't mean the arc). Takamagahara caused event distortion (lol @ rewind) because of the "wrong choices" =w=; But I don't remember such thing happening in Jin's route in CS. o.O A lot of the events that happened in the game are changed a lot in this anime for sure. For one thing when Ragna faces Lambda, Ragna doesn't even recognize her as Nu and is actually contacted by Kokonoe. More like even Lambda didn't go calling Ragna at the time o__o, and that Kokonoe didn't even know Lambda had Nu's memories still alive after she became a mindless drone. Also the fact the event with Hazama, Makoto and Jin didn't show up, where Makoto was totally taken out. (WHY U DO THIS?!!!) And they used the event that happened later on with Jin and Tsubaki in this episode more earlier on, more like in this one Jin didn't hear Hazama's voice. And wasn't it Phantom who brainwashed Tsubaki in the game? AND RAGNA!!! DON'T SAY YOU GONNA KILL NU AND EVERYONE WITH THE SAME FACE YOU MORON!! D:< THEY WANT LOVE FROM YOU!!! NOT GETTING KILLED BY YOU!!! BAKA!!!! But yeah, this episode was awesome and serious. Good make-up after that last swimsuit mediocre episode =___=; Just hope it keeps up this way in a serious way without putting in filler stuff like last time (Unless it's Spectacles of Eros or Noel's Death cooking) Edited November 12, 2013 by Shinhwa
Vulcan422 Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Bang's CS1 Critical Super Crash returns in all its stupidly OP glory.
Master Of Chaos Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Ragna doesn't learn Nu is Lambda until the end of the story mode, IIRC. And I don't think Kokonoe knew that Lamda still had her memories in the game ether.

mAc Chaos Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 probably because it doesnt really make a difference and they wanted nu back
BlackYakuzu94 Posted November 12, 2013 Author Posted November 12, 2013 They probably did it so it can foreshadow when she sacrifices herself for him when Ragna faces Terumi. I wonder how they're going to handle Jin overcoming Yukianesa tho, are they going to play the same scene with him and Tsubaki? Yo, it was so weird seeing Bang treated seriously; there was no comic relief with him at all, not even when he was with Litchi. That's....an improvement.
NeoStrayCat Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 I'd find it so that BB:AM lately is just an alternate parallel story, but still keeping the canon (game) story intact, the only thing lately that's different is the atmosphere and the fighting more or less, but still can take it fine for how it is. OT though, ep. 6 was fine enough, given how it went but with subtle changes to character personality and other stuff too.
mAc Chaos Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Yeah episode 6 was great, aside from Tager looking funky.

Shinhwa Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Are you saying the stuff that's happening in this anime is like another possibility of the Continuum Shift?
Domenic93 Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Are you saying the stuff that's happening in this anime is like another possibility of the Continuum Shift? everything is another possibility of the continuum shift
NeoStrayCat Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Well its a story about time loops, so its not like it is out of the ordinary. everything is another possibility of the continuum shift Yeah, pretty much as what CT is here for "Alternate Truths", but for CS, is "One of the many possibilities of the Continuum Shift". So I agree on it, lol.
Shinhwa Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 If only there was a possibility where Lambda-11 doesn't die... =___= But if that doesn't happen, Ragna can't get the Idea Engine... DAMN IT!!!
kylehyde Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I thought the episode was ok, not great, but ok. It defintely tops the weird faces catagory so far lol.
Zazz Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 It defintely tops the weird faces catagory so far lol. Some of Bang's expressions were certainly . . . enthusiastic.
Shinhwa Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Bang seemed more serious this time, but I am going to guess his comedic parts will come in soon...
KD-D Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I have been wondering if this is worth picking up or not. Out side of QUALITY animation and designs, should I even bother?
mAc Chaos Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 If you like BB it is worth checking out. The first few episodes are average but it is slowly improving.
kosmos badgirl Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Decent episode, I enjoyed Takamagahara intervention. Drawing was a little bad in this episode and very inconsistent. I see that they translated Niisan as brother, that's is correct but I wonder if people with no knowledge of the games will think Tsubaki and Jin are brothers.
werewolfgold Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I see that they translated Niisan as brother, that's is correct but I wonder if people with no knowledge of the games will think Tsubaki and Jin are brothers. I chuckled. Tsubaki's been keeping something from everyone...
Narroo Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I chuckled. Tsubaki's been keeping something from everyone... No wonder why she killed Jin. It was nice to see Takamaraghara do something aside from converse ominously and be the reason for the time loops. I doubt we'll see it again.
