Horrible reason During the early CT days, people listed Carl even below Tager in tier lists. Then the clap loop infinite was discovered.
StylisH Posted July 7, 2014 Posted July 7, 2014 Carl has never been bad, he just has glaring weaknesses in his game (awful defense, low health, suspect neutral, below average footsies) but he is still at least A tier (thank you nee-san).

Learning curve has nothing to do with tier placing, or Ragna would ALWAYS be S tier.

But if your criteria for judging character strength is based on said characters execution barrier, their point is pretty suspect wouldn't you say?

I feel like i heard that somewhere, or an interview. I'm ignorant in how he's changed in 1.1, but Dio and everyone else starts playing Carl again haha.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I think you are confused; The "fan tier list" to which I think you are referring was basically a list of "How hard is this character to use" not "How good is this character". And yes, Carl is going to be near the bottom if not at the bottom of that list, along with Rachel, Valk, and several other very good characters. I think you are confused.

So many isolated adaptations for my scrubby brain. I probably won't play online until after EVO. Dora's timeout blocking, command grab super cuz you know he wanted it. Stream chat people seeing Dogura's astral for the first time. Just a lot of moments in that top 8.

Dawn of Musou Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 Man it was beautiful but it hurt. Dogura had so many opportunities. Somehow Galileo took it all and won 6 times. It's just insane, that amount of skill, under all that pressure. Top respect. Dogura vs Dora would have been better for grand finals tho.
