Who wants to see just high tier in the top 8 for the simple fact that lower tiers have way less options? Every character SHOULD have a weakness/downside to their Drive. They should be trying to set the standard at EVO, not repeat what Yun did in SF4 the past event. This is backwards. Every character's drive should be an ADVANTAGE. Sadly, this is not the case for some characters. (Tsubaki, as designed has a drive that is basically a penalty. Makoto's drive is just an extra chance to time your combos wrong.)

Plus, there's some use for level 1 and 2 punches, I think. Just not many- I'm not sure they're part of optimal combos.

Will you people just get over the fact he has a great backdash because he NEEDS one, otherwise he wouldn't be able to function as a character?

beanwich Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but the Snow Town stage's snow was nerfed, the falling snowflakes are now smaller and less sparkly, and fall more slowly. Kind of want the old snow back, it was more unique-looking.

Is there even any social media outlet for Arc System Works Europe that we could contact to get an estimate? Anything's possible -- the patch might drop next week or we could be waiting for months (just look at how long it took them to release that GGXXAC+R patch outside of Japan...). For now I redownloaded and installed my JP version again, so I can actually play the game online.

We get everything last, shows, games etc. same goes for the next gen consoles. Anyway, I'm glad I imported CP. I feel sorry for those guys in the lobby that can't fight anyone out of like 22 people because they didn't get the patch.

Sometimes when I finish a combo with bell bug setup (overhead), and the opponent does quick tech and blocks low, they get hit instantly by the bell bug even though they shouldn't, does the bell bug fuzzy them or something?

Mumm-Ra Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Both, I make the dummy crouch, quick tech, then knock it down, and change it to block everything, when it wakes up, it sometimes gets hit instantly by the bell bug if i set it up on it, when I try by myself this also happens sometimes, I don't know why, how or when this happens exactly.

Huh, that's an...odd thing to pull off. I mean what purpose does it serve? It doesn't affect me since 1) I unlocked Kagura by playing through the story and 2) I never liked Noel's old costume and Astral, but it is still surprising that ASW would take the DLC down for the PS3 version. I dunno, maybe it's just me, but that's the first time I've heard of DLC being removed from PSN for a specific console.

Germany, UK, Spain and France have (probably) the biggest audiences while smaller countries like Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Denmark, Switzerland etc. aren't considered as important. Another thing is the multitude of languages. Games are normally translated to at least 5 different languages (eng/fre/ger/spa/ita) before they're released in EU. While there surely are as many video game/anime enthusiasts in Europe as in the US, they cannot be distributed the same way because of the language barrier and the fact that not all countries in Europe belong to European Union. That's why games like CP (which doesn't have a worldwide publisher support like most Western AAA titles) don't get released in physical form/ in all of the countries in Europe.
