TD Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 interesting list. after A tier though everyone's strengths are rather similar. mid tier down has a semblance of balance.
heavymetalmixer Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 So Terumi is now a low tier, instead of mid tier . . . It doesn't matter, I'll keep playing him.
Myoro Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 How the heck did Rel go from most versatile in his tier to least and still stay in his tier? (Or, uh, relatively close, it's hard to tell.) Here's to hoping Id Zein is just that good. Anyhow, this is for 2.0 right? and just the first loketest at that right?
greatfernman Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Anyhow, this is for 2.0 right? and just the first loketest at that right? dude it literally says BBCP Ver. 1.11 in huge text at the top
mAc Chaos Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 They list Tager as more versatile than Mu and Kokonoe and Hazama. . . . .
Verimeloni Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 They list Tager as more versatile than Mu and Kokonoe and Hazama. . . . . He is
Myoro Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 dude it literally says BBCP Ver. 1.11 in huge text at the top Oh, I'd just assumed they'd meant 1.1 Anyway, when is this change taking place? and are there any specific things mentioned in it? They list Tager as more versatile than Mu and Kokonoe and Hazama. . . . . You know what they are always saying. Tager is dangerous from any distance and can play all the games at once. Zoning? in the bag. Presseure? You know he's got pressure. Rushdown? he owns that field.
greatfernman Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Oh, I'd just assumed they'd meant 1.1 Anyway, when is this change taking place? and are there any specific things mentioned in it? 1.11 happened back in May iirc
Myoro Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 1.11 happened back in May iirc Now, see here, everywhere I go, that patch is referred to as 1.1. So you can understand my confusion right?
Zedar90 Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Now, see here, everywhere I go, that patch is referred to as 1.1. So you can understand my confusion right? Unless I'm mistaken, 1.1 was the big update (re balance) while 1.11 was minor changes and bug fixes.
Myoro Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Unless I'm mistaken, 1.1 was the big update (re balance) while 1.11 was minor changes and bug fixes. Hawawa. Anyone 100% certain on what's going on here? Also which chart is the before and after? Japanese stuff being read backwards in general has me clueless to what it all means. What sorts of minor bug fixes? 1.1 was the patch that changed 41236B to ground bounce right? What changes are associated with 1.11?
greatfernman Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 they fixed some tsubaki, amane, makoto and nu bugs in 1.11 iirc. minor stuff, which is why they used a second decimal place and didn't call it 1.2
Zedar90 Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Hawawa. Anyone 100% certain on what's going on here? Also which chart is the before and after? That changes are associated with 1.11? The chart is for version 1.11, the current version on the arcade and the version that is played on PS3 currently. On the left side is what eastern Japan think of the tiers and on the left is what the western Japan thinks.
chzchan Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Wait so 1.11 is actually an update? Are there some patch notes floating around somewhere or are the changes so minor that they are not even worth mentioning?
greatfernman Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Wait so 1.11 is actually an update? Are there some patch notes floating around somewhere or are the changes so minor that they are not even worth mentioning? http://blazblue.jp/bbcp_update.html entry on the 1st of may are the patch notes. they fixed a tsubaki OD super bug, adjusted makoto OD particle flare minimum damage, adjusted nu's luna forma's crescent saber scaling, fixed a buncha amane bugs, and a bug in unlimited mars and score attack (i think the unlimited mars and score attack ID bug is probably an arcade cab specific thing, but i'm not so sure, it depends what they mean by ID)
chzchan Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Oh so the thing with Makoto was a bug after all. I remember people complaining about the minimum damage adjustment being a stealth nerf by good ol' Arc. I don't even know what Tsubaki's OD super bug is, but I guess it's fixed so whatever. I'm curious about what the Amane bugs are.
TD Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 one that involved a 6d and never went away even on astral/match end, freezing the match, and one which made his drills breakout and touch the sky are two fabulous examples.
chzchan Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Oh I thought that already got fixed in 1.1 like Azrael's follow up dash making him continuously fly with j.A and all that.
TD Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 oh they did, did they. so they fixed those and he still had a bunch. that is interesting indeed.
o Nereus o Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 He lives on the moon. If anything, i think he's saying something about how it feels like some are exaggerating about netplay being unplayable. It's not optimal but to say it isn't playable isn't right either. If we're talking about unplayable netplay, DOA5U wins.
swordsman09 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 If we're talking about unplayable netplay, DOA5U wins. Tekken 6 and Brawl... When's the next time they're gonna reveal more info? TGS? Probably gonna reveal Hibiki as a playable character then.
TekkamanArk Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Tekken 6 and Brawl... When's the next time they're gonna reveal more info? TGS? Probably gonna reveal Hibiki as a playable character then. So much rage if that's the case.
Zedar90 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Tekken 6 and Brawl... When's the next time they're gonna reveal more info? TGS? Probably gonna reveal Hibiki as a playable character then. Might be some new info on Wednesday on the stream where they answer questions about 2.0 and tells about what they are going to have at TGS. But it looks like they aren't going to have BB at TGS unless there are going to be surprises. Only Xrd, Downtown and Xblaze 2 are on the TGS site.
