not enough info to really get a clear picture... oh well. and we still don't know what this new "ice wave" move is? i still suspect that and tentarafoo are one in the same. -
236D is chargeable. Yu can move while Persona is charging i really like this change

no idea what junpei's baseball system powers up. i heard rumors he gets somehting at 10 points, but i havent seen anything. maybe he just get a power boost with each point? the rules as far as i can tell are very VERY much baseball: - hit the opponent with the bat for a single. can hit with the bat multiple times in one combo to get more ppl on base. can score points with singles if you hit them enough times. - whiff the bat for a strike. 3 strikes for an out. - make them block the bat for a ball. didn't see it, but presumably, 4 balls and you get a walk. - get a "clean hit" with the flaming bat super for a homerun and score points just like baseball; 4 points with the bases loaded. the hud says "homerun" on the screen where "counter", "super cancel" etc. are located. - getting combo-d = 1 out. doesnt matter how long or short the combo is. - get 3 outs and you lose all ppl on base - getting an out or getting someone on base clears the strikes and balls count - only points carry over between rounds, everything else resets

i don't understand teh point of tentarafoo... it's not like she had much L/R mixup to begin with, so i don't see how confusing the opponent helps her. are tentarafoo and the ground ice wave projectile the same thing? i vaguely recall someone tweeting taht mitsuru's tentarafoo was a puddle on the ground -

the baseball scoring thing looks hilarious. combo into homerun super to power up. not sure how yukari zoning will be different from yukiko zoning, but i guess we'll see when we get real footage. -

you can play gg2 overture to hear sol and ky in english. sol is voiced by troy baker and ky is voiced by liam obrien iirc. of course that doesn't mean they'd use the same voice actors in any future xrd english dub -

yep. not to mention anime has always been horrible with regards to mouth flap movement unless it's a super high budget production. go watch any modern day anime and you'll see what i mean. -

the tension meter clearly has markings at 25/50/75 percent full, but so far nothing uses only 25% meter... i guess we got more mechanics on the way. i hope they can balance them this time around. AC felt like the 25 meter options were much much more useful than the 50 meter ones -
some are done by pure muscle memory, others can rely upon looking for a specific animation frame... how do you teach people links, because that's basically what this is

thank for being our test reporter ElvenShadow. *Please take tons of notes on how both normal RCs and projectile RCs work. Especially the prjoectile RC one *also, can you check if you RC and hold forward, do you automatically run like p4? i REALLY liked this feature, i wish CP had it too... -
forgot to post last night, but i noticed that hte training mode had a line for "extra options" there's settings in there for easy frcs, YRCs, "Chaos RCs", all attack wall stick/ground bounce/etc. I have no idea wtf a chaos rc is. there's also stuff about lightning/fire/poison effects that i didn't understand plus a japanese term i didn't know... anways, looks like it'd be fun for silly stupid stuff.

my one complaint is that gundam takes up 4 tvs + ps3s just to get one game going. that's a lot of equipment for just 4 players! i don't know if it's possible, but could we get a table + more space for setups? players can probably provide their own tvs + consoles; i bring my luggage case every time i go to super arcade, hopefully a few more ppl can do the same.

new dust followup just looks like a simplified way to do impossible dust combos. i'm fine with that -
