At max range midscreen, I can't get dashing 5DD to connect... near the corner or at C tentarafoo range midscreen it's fine. is there something i'm missing?

If you don't think protected high /low is good... Then Narukami and Chie vortexes in p4u1 should be easy to block and escape correct? They only make you block 1-2 hits from the persona versus Relius' multiple doll hits Sent from my phone

yep, remaining active frames are basically converted into recovery. -
j.K always crossed up in the old games. However, in xrd I assume it would have to be done very close to the ground in order to continue to combo since you can't j.K > j.S vs crossed up opponents anymore.

this will be really useful for the wiki... but i only see packs for yukari, ken and koromaru+goggles so far. did i miss the link to all of them? also, for the packs i do see, there's no persona sprites or effects

that's wrong. you could only 6A > throw on hit. that's still true in 1.1, but might be removed in 2.0 if the location test notes remain true.

Given how ASW has worked with BBCP and P4AU... BBCP: Kagura = unlockable Terumi = free for 1st print Kokonoe = pay P4AU: Ken, Rise = console exclusive (no unlock) Adachi = free for 1st print Marie, Margaret = pay *Both adachi and marie are free for 1st print in the usa. Only adachi is free for 1st print in japan iirc. We should expect a similar structure for Xrd (likely closer to BBCP than P4 since Atlus isn't a factor) Sin = unlockable Elphelt = free for 1st print ??? (Leo?) = pay -

the grenade. and i disagree: it's fully unshaded and doesn't animate like the fighters/effects (individual frames), it's just one 3d model spinning on its axis -

i really like hte cooking grenades idea, maybe it will lead to some crossups also hopefully that strawberry graphic is a placeholer because it looked really ugly compared to the rest of the game. -

iirc it does not. based on reload: if 2 players normal throw on teh same frame, then the throws are canceled and 4H/6H come out instead for both players normal throw vs a command throw, the command throw wins. -
after some lab time: you need to summon the 2nd mirror before teh final hit of the first mirror hits hte opponent. the first mirror won't disappear immediately; there's a few frames where the 1st mirror will continue to hit the opponent. this gives you more time to recover and perform myriad arrows while thjey are still frozen. this concept also applies to the corner double mirror > charge kick combo this combo really confused me for a while haha

ah yes, i've had problems with that too, i don't understand the timing for it and just gave up on it since i play shadow mitsuru anyways haha

there were a lot of extra buttons on that stick, anyone know what they are? -
to combo CH air throw into SB mirror, perform SB mirror right when the opponent starts to fall from the air throw. it's still a bit finicky, depending on how far off the ground the air throw was, i think you need to delay it more the higher up you were.

it was definitely short. Raw OD for jin at 100-90% health is supposed to last 180F, that definitely lasted around a second at most. i tried timing it with my stopwatch and the OD raid was about 0.9 seconds, including hte hitstop of makoto's 5B = 54F makoto 5B has 11F hitstop so od cancel lasted around 43F 43F / 180F = 0.23888 = 23.888% right afterwards, makoto does it. Raw, hers lasts 180F as well. timing Makoto, her OD lasted for about 1.33 seconds, included four 2As = 80F 2A has 8F hitstop 80F - (8 * 4) = 48F 48F / 180F = 0.2666 = 26.66% if i had to guess, od guard cancel cuts od time by 75%

i see, thanks. i asked because someone had modified the wiki to mention that marie did have a shadow form citing the shadow marie portraits as proof. felt suspicious to me so i though i'd ask everyone here.

does marie actually have a shadow type or is that just a portrait for story mode purposes?

To solve the problem of D Tentarafoo not hitting fullscreen, do [4]66D so you run forward while doing it Sorta useful vs zoners i guess?
