  1. Hazama's 5C is listed wierd. guard listed as rJSDR Damage listed as ALL P1 listed as 280X2
  2. ................................................................................................................ WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU!
  3. oh wow.... I miss read the cancel notes:vbang: I thought D meant dash not DD.
  4. Jin's 6C isn't listed as dash cancellable on the table. EDIT: minor obvservation: jin's air ice car inputs aren't listed as J214A/B/C and maybe I've just forgotten, but I think Jin's back throw is 3 hits like his foward.
  5. just think of it as a math equation: A=advantage X=attack recovery B=block stun A=B-X unless it's IB which is A=(B-X)-5 I know barrier is more block stun but I don't know how much so it looks like this A=(B-X)+ EDIT: unless you forgot/didn't take algebra...... also gatling/link/cancel=Y then it's A=Y-X A=(Y-X)-5 etc.
  6. wtf was that Jin doing?
  7. did venom go apeshit?
  8. why isn't the frame advantage for air moves shown? yes I did read the notes EDIT: I just noticed jin's 5D isn't listed as dash cancelable. Also looking at sekkajin, it says only one set of proration (95), like it's only one hit, but when compared to say.... belial edge it say (85,80xn), so does that mean the hits in sekkajin only prorate once (like one hit)?
  9. this.... AI Eddie is..... meh, AI Ky is fucking beast (atleast in terms of combos), AI Sol is annoying since he pretty much does (5K>BR)*N, FRC gunflame>BB/BR, and VV*2, AI pot..... I don't want to talk about it.....
  10. :psyduck::psyduck: I got up to about testament dancing and made myself stop.
  11. sorry, I just say America since I live there, I just mean that a different region/country/whatever might have a different over all result from another. I don't think we're playing a different game, maybe a different approach, but a large majority of people I talk to seem to think that Japan is some kind of super-human-fighting gameland from beyond the rift. sure they might be better, so maybe at their level of play they see the characters differently. Like (hypothetically) at low level play (not japan I guess) peopl might just see baiken's counters as useless and crappy, and see Anji's GP's as near-broken.... but at high level play (nipon) they see the opposite... but that's a hypothetical situation I spent about 10 seconds on....
  12. honestly I would have thought: S: characters played by players way better than me A: that character that douche uses, because he doesn't want to look like a tierwhore but still use a hight tier B: everyother character C: the character my brother uses
  13. ...............I'm now confused by the logic behind the "Japanese must make the tier list thing"..... it doesn't really make sense, if america/insertcountryhere makes a tier list that's different than the Japanese one, then wouldn't it still be more relevant than some other country with a different play style? in short: american tier list= more relevant to America Japanese tier list= more relevant to Japanese if you don't like it play better, move to Japan.
  14. that's because you're doing it wrong.
  15. yes, it essentially there in the event of some wierd glitch where the enemy could keep attacking (FRKZ comes to mind, because of it's properties), so it won't play a major part in anyones strategy. it's a safety net, the effect it gives in and of it's self is evidence that it isn't useless(useless is if it swapped your color palette), but it isn't likely to occur.
  16. presumably, since it activares during the FRKZ animation, it continues during DD animation/super flash, so against Bang it might happen more often, maybe if Tager does MTW, or another long DD.

  18. megalomania (THAT ONE ATTACK) the patterns are easy except for the one that covers the screen, jump that one. as for the rest.... as ky, pressure, and learn to block, seriously if you don't learn to block her mixup attacks are annoying. Also ky gains meter fast, and you can gain meter when she does megalomania by using SE on her (iirc) so save tension for your damaging stuff.... not much else I can say, I personally think Sol is tougher (especially in EX arcade) side note: EX Sol and EX Ky movelists are basically just copies of eachothers non-EX mode, Ky has a command throw and gets a BR and BR (hold) move (forgot the name), as well as a more agile version of GV (opinions), even the VT follow up uses the same motion and Sol's GF becomes like stun edge, and gains a ride the lightning type move....
  19. I know, I once completely botched my corner combo.... all you need to know is the 6C>6D>623D stuff. speaking of which, iirc Ren did something interesting a while back: he did the 623D and held for the max, when the enemy broke out the unblockable full charged 2nd hit landed and essentially reset his combo (read: proration).
  20. I know but my finger's right there... but yeah one of my many bad habits that I must kill....
  21. guard bonus is simply when you're in blockstun for 6 seconds, you start IB'ing everything that you block; it doesn't block for you, it essentially exists for when that one odd situation occurs (read: glitch) where you are forced to block for a long time. but if you aren't in blockstun for 6 seconds it doesn't activate.
  22. oh right... IDK why I do it, it feels like it lands easier, but yeah 2B is a way better option since it goes back to 5C (and 3C if it hits).
  23. you could also (note: very gimmicky) try to do J2C (low to ground)>3C to try and force a high>low mixup, it's very gimmicky, and can be hard to do right in a combat situation, but on the flip side it also combos at the right height.
  24. I think it's range dependant.... as for a combo.... maybe 5C>6C.... haven't tried it though.
  25. unless you do rassenga>JAYOKU.... because he always has the meter:kitty:
