For Primer breaking -> Ice Car>rc>Fubuki ... all his DP break 1 primer now, and the new Round down burst mechanic ...

Noel can just meaty 4d fatal there, Jin DP isn't much of a threat on oki, But Gimmicky stuff will get Noel killed His Mid air game is Broken as hell, better stay grounded all the time abut Jin 5bx2, Noel 2a works fine, even if he opt to 5b>6b, 2a will ch him
