I can definitely see Sphinx's Air Parser > Throw idea working. Hell, we could probably even go for something gimmicky every now and then like j.C > j.2C > Purple Grab (teched) > j.D > Air Parser > Throw with that kind of range on it.

5D can be jump cancelled but 4D can't. Apart from that I'm not sure how else they've her drives, but I wouldn't think they'd keep them at CT level.

Luna can be followed up meterless, but Dia can't. I also read from haki transcriptions that someone managed to get 4.5k using Gravity Seed and a Crush Trigger from a 5B in Luna mode, so there definitely seems to be some good potential with that move. Yes, 4DD > 4B still works. I don't want to say too much on how the two modes should be used, but it does seem like Luna mode is more combo-orientated. Whether or not it can be used for anything is up in the air until people learn Nu better, but it doesn't seem like it can be as of yet.

Kinda. It feels more like Lambda mode has stronger combo options while Nu mode has better zoning/positioning. I'd go into more detail, but we have a Nu forum with pretty much all the info we have so far if you're really interested guys.

Only in [ν] according to the translations haki gave us. Still something though. And the system changes in Chrono have sped up the game a bit, so it's probably not your eyes deceiving you if you think Nu looks faster.

From what I could see in match videos, whenever an SMP move was used a message would come up on the side in a similar fashion to Rapid Cancels for example and the combo could not be extended further. To me it seemed like they got rid of #% repeat proration in favour of just saying you can't do any SMP move more than once, so it had me thinking whether they've changed the properties of moves like 6C which had a repeat proration value and that we used a lot in our combos. Thanks for the translations as always. The speculated changes to our oki game has me worried now though...

Dude, everyone knows 5C hasn't combo'd into USS Enterprise Crash since CS1. That said, pointless discussions about move names can go elsewhere. Until we get official English translations, you can call Nu's moves whatever you want as long as everyone knows what you're talking about.

It's not. Expect a swift infraction once I finish typing out this post~ That would be pretty cool if it worked, but I imagine there wouldn't be enough untech time on 236B for that to work. Gotta remember that no-one was there to tech out in that video, so 236B might not keep our opponents grounded long enough to work. Plus, we'd end up having to go straight into a standard drive combo instead of trickier Lambda stuff if we switch modes for that, so it's probably not worth it unless we can find a way to shift back again mid-combo (which would be all kinds of hype, by the way).

[λ]3C doesn't float on hit so that won't work. We'd probably go straight underneath our opponent if it did anyway. It's more likely that [v]3C > Phase Lift > Stuff will be how we use that, but we'll see in a few days time, I suppose.
