  1. DP moves are generally characterized by having invulnerability and a versatile hitbox to knock most things away. 2C is a guard point move, so it's pretty slow to actually connect.
  2. I just think of it as 2A, 5B, and 6A as your go-to normals with Noel. Everything else you can tie in there in one way of another once you've established those normals.
  3. Noel's normals are pretty good this time around. Just work around how you want to use them, as Noel can be pretty tricky with frame traps using her normals and gatlings. It is harder to hit-confirm into decent combos from them, but her pressure is pretty good once you get in there. Hate comes with the territory when you play Noel. It's nothing new to us, even since CT. It's more surprising when a Noel doesn't get hate... =/
  4. TX, the land of the Jins.
  5. Good stuff to everyone I met at EVO. PNW rooms was great, even if I didn't play much casuals in there.
  6. You just have to be extremely careful with the delays, as the window to hit 4D > delayed 236D is pretty small at times and missing it means your wide open when they tech out.
  7. Alright, Tacky. Sounds good.
  8. Would you like to form a San Antonio team with my bro and I? We are also still looking for a 3rd person.
  9. I'm a Noel in Pool 1. Just need another 13 more to make that wish come true~!
  10. Pool 1, yay Tokido and Noel mirrors~!
  11. Sounds really cool to get some evening practice before the main tournament. I'd be down for that provided I'm not doing anything that night.
  12. I'm using the Makoto color scheme, and when I click on the Blazblue sub-forum the character sub-forum links are in a huge chunk of orange instead of the black background.
  13. Teams sounds cool. Now to find some mates, lol...
  14. Just gotta be careful with the spacing though. There is a chance that you don't get fully behind him and stay in the sandwich if you CA incorrectly, and now your back where you started minus the 50 heat you spent. Still a really good option when it works.
  15. He must be legendary if even other San Antonio peeps haven't seen him.
  16. Fubar took all my money already on AE. I'm so free at that game.
  17. Gimme May Lee, Kasumi, Vanessa, and Whip, then I'll be good.
  18. DreamCancel is a good place to start. OrochiNagi.com is one that I also check.
  19. If you are doing 3C by itself, then that's a pretty good one given the starter and situation.
  20. I'm guessing you meant 2B here. If you can only end it in RB, then I suppose it's fine. I think you can actually land the standard ender here though.
  21. Her normals are buffed in CS2, so you can actually mount decent pressure. She's got several new gatling options, and her 2A is much faster now. Open up pressure with either 5A, 2A, or 5B. Also, you don't always have to hit, as long as you can gain info on how people like to block, or if they are the types to throw out pokes or reversals against the gaps in the strings. When you do that, you can then apply that info to see if they'll tech throws if they block too much, or go for overheads, or even do an in/out game by cutting strings short and putting a little bit of distance to see what they go for before going back in for more pressure. After all this, you may be able to open them up by mixing in drive starters.
  22. I really wanted May Lee back, and probably Angel too now that realize that her style is what probably made Noel's style work.
  23. Just changed the art, buttons, and balltop on my TE. I forgot to place the screw on the bottom-left corner since the nut fell out of place inside the case.
  24. It depends on what he does after and how close he is to you. I've had 4D beaten out by j.2C cleanly. For the most part I've had it to work, but just be careful not to auto-pilot the read too much.
  25. Also, his 6A is a decent anti-air with some invuln on it.
