  4. Have you been on in the morning? Almost all of those lobbies has between 62 and 64 players in it. It is quite surprising how many people bought the game in China and Japan.
  5. And what if they are just japanese? The asian lobbies are typically maxed out in the morning so they have to go other places. I find it hard to believe that it is just a bunch of americans in the US rooms deciding to speak in only japanese with each other, every morning when I try playing BBCP.

  7. That's better than in the morning. All japanese players in the US rooms except for that one good connection who plays you once or twice, loses and then would rather play the japanese than you.
  8. It seems pretty simple. The hitboxes display the size of the hitbox in relation to the sword's sprite. So 5D's hitbox is mainly the empty space inside of the sword sprite while 2D's is bigger than the entire sword sprite. They don't show the paths or angles because they are independent of the character.

  12. You did the final set-up wrong. You have to let them to get a certain height after the 6A before you hit them with jB or else the resulting combo won't put them high enough to give you enough time to set-up the 22B to catch rolls.

  16. Yea. Against Litchi for example, I find the most troublesome thing to be the stick canceling out my swords so I am willing to sacrifice the extra zoning potential Dia gives for a way to punish Litchi launching/setting the staff easily.
  17. Typically nothing. Sometimes gravity well. Sometimes mode change. Occasionally a late 214D if I feel like they are gonna try to IAD towards me afterwards. I treat Luna D moves as long range pokes akin to Litchi's 6B rather than traditional Nu/Lambda drives.

  19. I used to never use Luna but I figure it was a waste for it to just be combo filler so I have been spending a lot of time recently using Luna.
  20. Who else is loving Luna's drive being able to go through lesser projectiles? Piercing through Litchi's staff, Kagura's fireballs and Bullet's projectile is fun.
  21. It takes about the same amount of the barrier meter as a CT does.
  22. Can you Growler swords on reaction or does it have to be a yomi growler?
  23. Dia 623C can be used as an anti air. You can use Luna 623C midcombo to extend combos, such as Luna 4B > 2DD > 214D > dash 6B > 2C > 623C > dash 6DD > 2DD > air ender. Other than that, you can use it as a frame trap I guess since it does Fatal and is easy to combo after but it is hella unsafe. Try to connect the 2DD when the green bar is around 40-45% full. Then cancel into 214D as fast as possible.
