Doesn't matter. It should never work. It isn't active until frame 14. Mac has so much time to Hotaru before 2C could even possibly clash. Mac just delays his Hotaru a lot so 2C can beat it.

Beating 2C with Hotaru is really easy. Honestly, Mac should have never gotten his Hotaru stuffed. It's a shame that he has figured out how to deal with though.
