A windless level 3 j.2C from George is very easy. Just jump up as soon as possible (knowing that George will pick them up), and come down when you're high enough. But after a BBL, yeah, that's a pain. It depends very much on factors such as the opponent's hit box, how high they are when getting hit by the BBL, and how many hits of the BBL are going through them. It also differs depending on the opponent's blood type, the flux of the earth's magnetic pulse, your mother's maiden name, and what kind of pants you're wearing.
But seriously, I usually just do it by timing instinct. Like "BBL, super jump, 8D, wait for thiiiiiiiis long, and now come down..." But even with that, it's still really tricky to land. Practice practice!
