Meter Building you can either do the safe and easy ways which are Kain's keepaway Tactics. (A Fireball, Break 2.8B sometimes C Fireball.) Or the Delayed Panzer Break (Too Slow.) The Correct way to build meter is Breaking 2.8B alot.

Tiamat Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 since when is that the tier list? Kevin is #1...and I was under the impression Kain and Grant were higher than that (especially Kain) Also I REALLY don't see Rock being low tier...the game does seem well balanced though...especially for an SNK game

Sytha Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 My list is from the Japanese Garou site Howard Arena. I've seen that tier list before tho. It's old. Like 2k4. It changes pretty often tho. But the top 7 never change really. Jenet,Gato are pretty firm at 1 and 2. Kevin and Grant are typically fighting for 3rd and 4th. Jae, Kain and Dong all are close as well. Match up chart has the Difference between Jenet and Kain at 5 points. Not really that much difference. After Kain tho there is a pretty big gap. 70 to 60. Garou is fun but it sucks that Kain isn't legit, he's my favorite. I also like Rock's fighting style and look but I wish he wasn't a whiny little bitch. Every SNK game should have Geese in it, no exceptions for any reason >. I guess his kid's in MotW but Rock's a far cry from Geese's awesomeness.
