seriously man i seen alot of vids of the jap players i see way to much rushdown when its not neccesary, and they practically give match that way,i seen alot of stupid ways top restore wind as well. Im not saying there skilled but we shouldnt just follow everything we see a japanesse player do and think its the best way to go just because there doing it.I think tis better to think for ourselves after we had a chance to play and evaluate what may be the best option

Can anyone confirm if your going against rachel, and she's winding against your air dash...if the push back the wind does was reduced from ct?

another than trolling, it's an instant over head....and...yea, not much but the fact that you can cancel it into j2c if they crouch and go into a lobelia A link 2A/5A combo or you can just j.C which will hit them standing, which they should be if their smart, and it'll be safe, so having the option helped her more than actually using it, if that makes sense

Hey, does anyone know the exact timing for j.2C cancel into Sword Iris? I've seen matsu do it both sword iris cancel and pumpkin 3D 5D 5B CC. When was this actually added? The sword Iris cancel I mean, I want to learn the set up both ways :D

i'm guessing it's just a normal cancel, the hitstun on j.2c seems to be longer so it's CS only, although i could be wrong about that but it's definetely CS only

j.2c is special move and 2c cancel-able in BBCS. I never found the timing to be the least bit difficult though -- just hit it after you land?

Yeah, it can be canceled at any point after you have actually touched the ground, there's no timing per say. It's just restricted to special moves and 2c.

nice to see that everyone cant play litchi, i noticed at 6:19 that litchi no longer gets 6b counter combo. also, it nice to see tha tthe wind recharges back at a very decent speed when it does charge still though, that is one of my biggest gripes with the nerfs. you really need for this to charge whenever grounded. also 6a, is a huge risk now. i see playing cs is going to frustrate me because people will be abusing with sky approach to all, rachel players, if your opponent is consistently approaching fromt eh sky 6wind plus lobelia be will not them clear out the sky and push them back long enough to set up a rod close to you or frog. also i love j.c's hitbox. and litchi's dp sigh, still looks difficult to punish.

Litchi's DP punish was never hard and is the same in this game. Just block it dash 5b. It's actually easier cause you don't have to be as close for the 5b cause you aren't going to do a frog combo.

in the vid, if u remember the rachel tried to go for a punish but couldnt make it. and free 720 or 360 after a blocked j.2c is incredibly lame.

What's a good option if we manage to land a lv1 j2c counterhit?

this sometimes happen to me when I try to take some risk when performing an jump overhead.

is 236a the only thing we can do or activate a nearby pole (if there is one) or just RC it then to some BNB ?

Alright, serious business time. Why doesn't Rachel's 2C cancel into anything on clash? I've tried canceling it with another cat chair before and noticed that doesn't work, and right now I remembered it and started testing it out in depth. Yeah, you can't cancel it with ANYTHING on clash. No normals, no A Lobelias, no supers, no barrier block, no jump cancel (nothing does those last two anyway.) All you can do is rapid, which you could've done without the clash anyway. So basically, if the cat chair clashes (and boy does it like to!), you're stuck with the recovery. You're screwed.

So I'm wondering, why does this happen? Are there some extra rules behind clashes that I'm unaware of? I thought all moves, on clash, could be immediately canceled into any other attack. And it's not the nature of the move, since god knows I've seen Ragnas mash out back-to-back Inferno Dividers on clash. Hell, Rachel's 2C isn't even a special. It's a normal. What's with this?

Maybe it clashes with the guardpoint but not with the hitbo-what the fuuuuuuuuuuck

No, it clashes with the attack hitbox (red one). I'm pretty sure that's the only way clashes even occur. Besides, you see attacks hitting the guard point all the time. That definitely doesn't cause a clash.

This silly uncancelable clash has cost me alot, Like you thought you got somene cat-chaired and the next thing you knew you we're eating combo's because clashed.

It's like one of those times we're rules can be ignored.
