Noel can still get big reward for outplaying you with riskier options. She has pretty decent tools for every situation, it's just that none of them individually shine and 6a's nerf kills her. Tsubaki has solid pressure, a solid anti air, a DP, a projectile DP, a projectile, decent air to air, range, and has the potential to do big damage with charge and heat. What sets Rachel SO far below these two is that she doesn't have ANYTHING that gives her any significant reward for being the better player. She doesn't have that potential. She just doesn't. She can't do something super risky and get 4k. Her damage is just too insignificant. What's worse is that she can't mix-up really well to compensate.
God_Of_Olympus Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 noel may have bigger dmg off riskier stuff but that isn't BS, Rachel's j2C in CT was BS and as for Tsubaka, well her charge is apperently pretty hard to actually find a place for, everyone else is signifigantly better than them imo

That's like saying cat chair is a spot on tactic for defending against a scrub noel's drive spam. Yeah, it will work. Until a good Noel comes along and frame traps your ass and defends against your gimmicks properly.
