Reioumu Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 That's how I feel over here in Virginia. ;~; MD got one pretty late. Like 5-6 months before the game came to consoles
Apollo Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 gah...~prays for cabinet in WESTERN canada~ i mean. i could drive across the country but uhgg
zeth07 Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 MD got one pretty late. Like 5-6 months before the game came to consoles If MD gets CS I might actually try and hit up the arcades for the first time in like 10 years (missed out on going anywhere to play CT when it released).
GHoooSTS Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 There are so many new faces from Ontario posting in this thread, it makes me so glad. Continuum Shift will have a thriving community and see lots of steady play, which might persuade the boss to bring the price down sooner. For out-of-towners who are looking to make their trip worthwhile, I suggest you come on Friday night for the biggest turnout of players. If you've never been to an arcade before, I promise you, your first Friday night at Gety will be nothing short of magical. The atmosphere is like nothing you've ever experienced before in gaming. Not even tournaments come close to describing it. Yeah, if you're going to Lovegety I definitely recommend Friday. Most other days it is pretty dead in terms of Blazblue competition. Friday usually has at least four or five guys there who are retardedly better than I am playing who are more than happy to take my money away. If only the Blazblue scene there was half as hype as the Gundam vs Gundam guys... hahaha.
Brotrr Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 gah...~prays for cabinet in WESTERN canada~ Truth. Any Vancouver arcades?
Whiteboywilly Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Any love for norcal Golfland said they'll look into it.
fossil Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Truth. Any Vancouver arcades? Probably just CHQ at metro.
TOKiMONSTA Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 I'm so going to Austin this weekend Come next weekend! Tournament!
Slack is love Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Oh man, I actually live near the Planet Zero in Houston. It's on Westheimer i believe. I'll definitely head over there after finals.
Effay Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 MD got one pretty late. Like 5-6 months before the game came to consoles Where in Maryland do they have an arcade? I live in Southern Maryland and we don't have arcades at ALL.
4r5 Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 MD doesn't have arcades. The place that got it was just a Mom n' Pop game store, in Glen Burnie. I don't think the guy plans on getting CS.
BANGER Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 To those who have went to AI, how many people were at the CS cab? And what day/time did you go? I'm thinking about going tomorrow with a friend.
ghaleon109 Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 It's probbably going to be busier than the weekday when I went but.. It's more crouded at night, around 9-1am there's around 10-15 quarters on the machine. Its about a 20-30 min wait for the next turn if you loose, which isn't all THAT bad consitering...
cAm8ooo Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Anyone even know of any arcades around the Lexington, Louisville area? Or the entire state of Kentucky for that matter?
Spirit Juice Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Oh man, I actually live near the Planet Zero in Houston. It's on Westheimer i believe. I'll definitely head over there after finals. I'm sorry you live near such an awful arcade.
faultydefense Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 I'm sorry you live near such an awful arcade. the arcade is fine...its just some people have had difficulties with some of the management dammit spirit juice, dont make people leave our scene >.>
Hellmonkey Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 yeah i don't see any reason to hate pz itself, just any event run there.

Airyaxe Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Golfland said they'd install BB:CS in the already existing BB:CT cabinet.

checkplus Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 me and some friends may be planning a road trip to the one in CA over the Christmas break. The catch: We live in Ohio. I don't suppose anyone else will be there around Dec. 13-20? Anyone know how crowded it is?
