Hellmonkey, there will be vids, they had TVs hooked up to the cabs so im sure they were taping it as they ussually seem to do. I doubt my matches will end up on there since I think they ussually just take the top 3 or 4 but youll see Isa for sure. As far as events between the 19th and 25th, im sure there is something, i didnt mark it down since ill be in chicago that weekend but I can check my arcadia later, im at work now though so... Current has a huge variety of music, anything from like death metal and black metal, to power metal, to progressive metal, to oldschool speed metal, to classic rock, to hair bands, to jam bands, to punk. It really depends on whos DJing at the time. Most of the time they play bands I like so its cool.

well if you are fluent in Japanese and can read a lot of Kanji you can check the guilty gear BBS, but my Kanji is too limited to read it and I was told by someone who can read it that the board is very unorganized and you have to dig through it and work to find things sometimes. If you are in Japan it would be wise to pick up an Arcadia, they arnt that expensive. I didnt have time to check last night. Are you in Japan or something?

I'll be there from 19 to 25, flight on 26, to visit some friends that I met during study abroad. I was hoping I may find a chance to stop by somewhere to play some people since I had some experience playing US opponents as well as Taiwan opponents. Thought it would be a nice pit stop. I will take your advice and pick up an arcadia when I get there. And yes I can read japanese and kanji is no problem since i'm chinese. But I highly doubt I will have time to dig through everything to try to find what i'm looking for. It's currently end of semester so I'm really busy and I am basically heading straight for Japan/Taiwan after the semester is over. Again, thanks for your help.

I have to be a huge Metal Gear nerd and inform you that the picture of Snake @ Super Potato is actually Big Boss, Solid Snake's father. I actually bid on that same exact statue on ebay, it was only $50, which I thought was an awesome deal. Unfortunately shipping was $499, no joke.

Wow... thats extremely cheap, but the shipping price is insane, but doesnt really surprise me considering how much it actually does cost to ship stuff overseas, espessially something that size. If they were still selling it id buy it and put it in my apartment. Imagine how funny id look taking a 3 hour train ride home with a giant big boss statue next to me

Actually, at this point we don't know for sure. In an MGS4 trailer, Old EVA tells Solid Snake, "Call me Big Mama".

Whether this sentence has a literal interpretation or not still remains to be seen. From a conjecture standpoint, it is very possible that EVA could be surrogate mother for Big Boss' clones. If you remember the timeline at the end of MGS3 credits, there was a portion which says that "EVA mysteriously vanished" or something like that. It's not totally out of the question that the Patriots may have kidnapped EVA, then made her the surrogate mother for the Sons of Big Boss. Add all of these information together, and it still makes logical sense that Big Boss is Solid Snake's father.
