god i love ash, i've never had any more reason to learn a charge character...but that's a hurdle i've yet to be able to leap over ; o ;

Have fun with that. I had to jump some big hurdles learning Ash, only because my competition is a high level player who would beat the hell out of me for standing still.

That's true, it's not. On the other hand, it doesn't help make her any easier at all either.

OK so I actually went and played everybody in Training Mode besides the people I want to main. I really am liking how the cast has changed. Potential candidates for leveling up ATM are Leona, Maxima, Raiden, Robert, Shen Woo, and Kula. Maybe Mai and/or Mature.

Definitely more than 100. It was about 98 character IIRC before Saiki was revealed.

Don't forget about any characters from alternate KOF series like Howling Blood and Maximum Impact.

You know this is why I hate looking at concepts, I always see the awesome things that almost made to the game and didn't.

I would have much preferred Adelheid over Billy.

Netplay has been mixed experience for me. Definitely need to stick with 3/4 bars (but overall improvement compare to past KOF IMO). I hope their be patch to improve it a bit more. Also while not anything significant, no "single vs" net play is a little disappointing (better I just forget single vs altogether).

If I have one gripe about the game besides the netplay that could be better, it's that the color edit is seriously lacking in browns and good greens.

Of course they do. KoFXIII is a game with very little characters and it doesn't offer what every fan of the series wants. Nothing wrong with them wanting their favorite to be in it. That alone might make them enjoy the game more, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Yuri is my favorite and she is in it, so I am happy. But, I totally understand the other fans who were left out without their favorites, it really sucks for them and I feel bad for them.
