The loop shouble be able to carry the opponent all the way to the corner and when you get there, you should be able to Daisharin afterwards if you have meter. He says Litchi is actually dangerous at midscreen without Mantenbou right now. So much for balance.

If they get into corner bound before untechable time on Carl's burio is up then you can easily combo from there, very handy. This time's blowbacks are amazing, air unblockable, and high damage output are the cool guy's pick(this sentence doesn't really make sense in english) Lambda's can follow up with 5C after forward throw into corner, yays. gyuudon's not going to mizonokuchi tmrw so this is it basically. No comment. I'm guessing the 2B->5B gatling and Lunatic Rush having more untech time might have shifted her presence. 214A~B might also have a factor. All in all Makoto's ground game appears to be a lot stronger in a game where taking to the air isn't quite as great as it used to be. Edited November 21, 2010 by darkblade77

Her j.C has a weird hitbox, though. Don't get me started on her j.C hitbox. When I saw its hitbox I seriously cried at how terrible it was.

The front page doesn't list anything, and I really don't feel like wading through all of the tech roll discussion to look. It just seems kinda odd to me that Noel and Makoto go from being considered bad in the Loketests to being scary without any apparent changes. /Edit: Changed the post to something meaningful.
