What is it that's changed that allows Haku to do the new corner loop? I keep trying to do it in CS and it doesn't work. At the same time, I don't see any significant proration changes that would allow it. What gives?

6b RC -> 6b RC -> 6b?

I think I'd do 6b -> RC -> Shippu for kicks.

Or there's always the classic:

6b -> RC -> Taunt.

Still not gdlk like CT 6b end-of-round finisher. :(

6C RC 6C is god tier trolling with Haku on aggressive opponents. I've done it to my "experienced" friends during friendly matches and they usually burst out of it because they think I can extend that shit.

Also, 6B RC 6C corner loop. Does it work?

I highly doubt it, 6B still causes immediate tech on the second hit, so there is litterally no time to do it. Unless you RC the 1st hit into a normal or straght into enma.

id say you best clear shot is for example: 6B(1)>RC>5B>enma>etc. 6B>RC>enam on the other hand in my mind seems like it would take too long to hit and they'll be out of hit stun by then.

What about 6b-rc-5b-j.2a-etc?

Doesn't work since only the second hit ground bounces.

Besides, 6b's p1 has been changed to 50 (from 100), so you can't make lengthy combos off of it. Best to keep it nice and simple.

i only see 6B rc combos as the final hit confirm desperate kill.

if the have low hp didnt block the overhead and you need to end the fight before it turns against you type thing.

iirc 6b(two hits) in the corner>rapid>2c>corner bnb (one rep)

is about 2k

soooo that would probably one of the most hype ways to kill someone with hakumen

(next to yukikaze> shippu of course :3)

Don't forget Mugen IK combos and jD/2D Burst grab.

Also, I guess it's still nice that 6B is RC-able now.

Didnt search all the pages but, what are the main changes on his Drives? Looks like 5D got even more active frames and activares much earlier also

Some reason my down D is acting like cs1. When i first downloaded system 1.3 patch it acted like cs2 but then i turned of my xbox and went back on a little later It bounced high instead like they way it is supposed to be. in challenge 4 it show it in demonstration with the right physics, but when i do it does not act like that. Also in training mode it does it also. Has anyone had this problem or noticed it yet?

I just tried the old tsubaki mugen loop in the corner and sadly it doesn't work. I'm kind of sad you can't do it anywhere any more though the new mugen loop is easier to do.

So I tried playing Hakumen when the updated came out (around 4:00 AM my time) and I am thoroughly disappointed. What the hell Arc System Works? You don't change inputs every single damn update. You don't do that. I despise having to get used these input changes every game. I enjoy Hakumen's new speed, but other than that he seems just pitiful. Too many drastic changes, that's not how updating a fighting game should be. BnBs should never change... it's their BnBs.

Are you talking about 214B -> 236B? You'll get used to it, it's actually a buff.

pretty sure they changed renka to 236b so you can't accidentally get it while doing TK hotaru. either way, that is a result of the change and made me stop complaining about it pretty fast.

Also, for the 5C Renka(1) Kishuu Step 2C Hotaru combo, the timing is really tight as hell between the 2C and sj Hotaru. This will take a while before I get used to it..

QFT!!!! It will take some adjusting but im really struggling with the midscreen launch from TK hotaru to IAD j2c. Timing is crazy strict! I think i will have to either buy a new pad and a new stick b/c this shit isnt connecting on either. I can get it on a FC but the follow up 2c for the relaunch just doesnt seem to combo. now i have to resurf thru the CS2 combo and info thread for specifics. is there anyway someone would be generous enough to sift thru the thread and make a pag marker for us lazier lurkers?? like:

TK hotaru help Pgs 10 26 etc

The ability to TK Hotaru without accidental Renka pay's of lots more than I thought it would. From 2 stars you can lead them into a world of hurt everytime. Providing you're hot with IAD 2c.
